• JUNE10 MADE APPOINTMENT FOR REPAIRMAN TO DO WORK  - the earliest appt. available was July 3
• JULY 3 REPAIRMAN ARRIVED  after rehanging closet door, repairman stated that he could not repair hole in wall (caused by pipe leak because he was unaware that the job required dry wall and custom trim.  I hired a plumber to repair the pipe behind the hole. Repairman stated that he would check on getting custom trim and get back to me. 
• JULY 7 PLUMBER REPAIRED PIPE AT FIRST AVAILABLE WORK DAY.
• JULY 8 I CALLED REPAIRMAN TO INQUIRE ON CUSTOM TRIM, HE SAID HE STILL NEEDED TO VISIT FABRICATOR AS HE HADN'T BEEN GIVEN INSTRUCTIONS FROM HIS COMPANY.
• JULY10 REPAIRMAN STATED THAT FABRICATOR WOULD CHECK INTO MAKING TRIM.
• JULY 11 CALLED OFFICE TO INQUIRE ON STATUS OF THE JOB.  I WAS TOLD THAT THE EARLEST AVAILABLE DATES TO FINISH THE WORK WOULD BE 7/24 & 7/25 AND WOULD REQUIRE TWO SEPARATE REPAIRMEN ON TWO SEPARATE DAYS. THE FIRST DAY, THE 24TH, WOULD BE DRY WALL AND THE 25TH THE TRIM.
• JULY 24 DRY WALL WAS COMPLETED
• JULY 25 FIRST REPAIRMAN CALLED AND STATED THAT THE FABRICATOR WAS READY TO MAKE THE TRIM BUT HADN'T DONE SO BECAUSE NO ONE HAD GIVEN THE OK.  FABRICATOR STATED THAT THE EARLIEST TRIM WOULD BE READY WOULD BE JUL 29. 
• JULY 30-REPAIRS COMPLETED
• JULY 31- AFTER PROMPTLY CLEARING UP AN INVOICE ERROR, BAH&R CLOSED THE CONTRACT

• OVERALL - THE GOOD NEWS IS THAT BAH&R DOES A GOOD JOB.  THE BAD NEWS IS THAT BAH&R DOES A GOOD JOB.  THE RESULT IS THAT YOU GET QUALITY WORK BUT IT MAY TAKE AWHILE BECAUSE THEY ARE IN DEMAND AND SOMEWHAT OVERKBOOKED.
