They were quick to respond to our request for a quote and came out within a day or two to review our well situation and to suggest the proper sizing and scope of a water tank installation and associated pieces and parts. "Before the water heater installation, the technician said that in order to meet code requirement the water heater needed a vacuum breaker, which cost $95 above and beyond the $900 coupon price.  I said to him that the coupon price should be for a water heater that met all regulatory requirements instead of charging me extra for the vacuum breaker that's a code requirement.  He said no.  Since I needed the new water heater badly, I asked him to go ahead to install it and I would call his manager to talk about this.  When I called the manager he said he had to talk with the technician when he returned to the office the next morning.  When I called the manager again Monday morning after he had a chance to talk to the technician, he reduced the charge for the vacuum breaker to $30, perhaps the cost of the parts.  However, I still think that the vacuum breaker should be part of the package cost because they are supposed to supply and install a water heater with all parts required by prevailing codes because it's not an optional equipment.  Also, the technician used a pressure regulator, a flexible copper hose, and a power supply cable from my old water heater instead of using brand new ones.  Since the coupon did not list all these details, I couldn't argue about this, but the previous company which installed my last water heater supplied all these brand new, including the 3/4" brass ball valve for free while I had to pay $95 for it now.

"Bill Arriaga (owner) came to our home to give us a presentation, he knew our house from the previous family. He explained the benefits and costs of maintaining a water filtration system. We had a couple other quotes but decided to go with fiesta because we felt comfortable with Bill, his knowledge of the older homes in our neighborhood. 

The work was preformed in a day, with minimal interruptions to our water supply. Both Bill and Luis have been back to check on our system Fixing 2 small leaks. 

In December 2011, Bill stopped by to change the drinking water filter and noted that the Softener was unplugged. I am not sure how long it had been unplugged, but Bill was able to purge the system and get it working perfectly again. He then changed our drinking water filters. We have had no issues since then.

We have found most top rated contractors have experience with only newer homes (like Stone Oak or Rogers Ranch area) We have found it difficult  to find Contractors who have experience with our Grand Old Homes (Monticello, Monte Vista, Tobin Hill and King William, ect). We are happy with Fiesta, Bill, and Luis. We like that they are a small local company that gives personal service and ensures that the job is done right. We also like that Fiesta has experience with older homes and ha an understanding about our neighborhood"
