We met Kelly about 11 years ago at the Aqua-Man Boerne business. The previous owners of our home had Hague Water systems that were out of warranty from Aqua-Man in Boerne. We contracted to replace the water softener and reverse osmosis systems. Now, 11 years later, with regular maintenance, minor repairs, and lots of accurate advice, our systems are running at top performance. We had Aqua-Man Boerne add an Ozone machine to the concrete water tank due to low water recharge rate and possible quality issues during the current drought. This has provided us with the security of having safe potable groundwater for our home. Aquaman installed a Hague softener in 2001 and it has Never missed a beat. They service and check everything including changing the R.O. filters every year. The owner knows how to treat customers and water! The Hill Countries water is getting worse every day. Do not wait to protect your health.

Aqua-Man was very straight forward and easy to understand their products and installation. Brad was great answering questions and the price was very fair!

This system does not work well for us. It’s been adjusted repeatedly, but we are still replacing faucets due to hard water damage. Quoting the most recent plumber, “Your system doesn’t work. You should not see this in plumbing with a working softener system.” -sonce replacing with the Aquaman softener, water has damaged the seal and pitted the concrete on the floor outside our master bath shower - told by Kelly (owner) to begin using Cascade Complete in dishwasher again because the brand of cleanser they sell/suggest wouldn’t clean dishes in dishwasher - faucets replaced a second time after system installed -drinking glasses repeatedly thrown away due to fogginess from hard water - when Kelly or techs come to adjust the unit they say recent rains, etc, have caused the hardness levels in the water to change (well water). However, they are supposed to be the premier well water system. Owner, Kelly (sells the systems), was rude enough that I asked my husband to start communicating with him. FYI- their osmosis system must be maintained by their company- they must replace the filters plus service charge

Best reliable service and with great prices. Would not use anyone else for my water needs. All the staff and owners are very knowledgeable, nice and always fair.

Aquaman, Boerne location was excellent. We had to replace water softener and they credited previous service call towards our new unit. Service was on time with notification of arrival times, service man had been there 20 years and recommended options for us to choose for repair or replacement. Chose to replace and after installation we received an orientation review to understand warranty and how to operate system. Highly recommend this service!

I have been using AquaMan for over 20 years to service my RO system and well water needs. While they have always provided great service for my water softening, osmosis, and well needs during normal service times, they are particularly responsive in emergency situations. Kelly and team are always prepared to repair and provide all the service I need for any emergency situation we have encountered, more often than not, the same day. I would definitely give them a 5 star rating.

Our old water softener gave out after 5 years, so we called around to get information on a replacement. Although there are plenty of companies that sell new systems, we felt that Aqua-Man of Boerne gave us the best information and were understanding of our needs. The technician came out to our house to inspect, and gave us his advice and no obligation quote. He was very professional and informative. We decided to move ahead with a new installation. The installation crew were also professional, and explained what they were doing during the installation. The end result is a new system that works much better than our old one ever did. Aqua-Man even followed up with an orientation visit. We feel confident that we made the right decision, and have enjoyed our interactions with the company. We recently purchased a vacation property, and we intend on having Aqua-Man of Boerne install a new water softener in the next few weeks.

A local company that does it right! My most recent service was to replace an outdated water softener. The replacement was quick, clean, quiet and most of all professional. Had a leak from my water softener that was leaking in my garage. Called the after hours technician and with his help we diagnosed the problem and stopped the leak. He said he would place a work order in the morning to have a technician come out. Their office called and the nice folks set an appointment. Jordan showed up and explained the problem and how he would fix it. In less than an hour, the system was working. Thanks for the quick response, fast repair and great customer service. I have been a customer for over 10 years and this is the only issue I have had. Great people doing great work with solid customer service. Nice job.

We appreciated the lowkey sales pitch and willingness to answer questions. They didn't try to force more product than we needed, which we really appreciated after having talked to other companies. The price seemed fair to us, and less than others were quoting. We didn't have to sit through a "science class" and appreciated that they already knew what our water was like here. Installation date was set very quickly after our initial meeting, and they did an excellent job of that. They even registered the factory warranties on our behalf. And we were immediately able to tell the difference in our water quality. We're extremely happy with Aqua-Man, and would recommend them to anyone who asks.

During the recent cold spell in Texas, I noticed a leak in my 25 year old water softener. Aqua-Man came out the day I spoke to them. They were very knowledgable, competitive, and professional. They changed out the unit within a few days. I highly recommend Aqua-Man if you are needing to update your soft water/filter system. Kelly and his crew are very professional and know their stuff!

I have been using AquaMan for over 20 years to service my RO system. During this recent deepfreeze I lost the booster pump for my well and had several broken pipes. While I was unable to get any of the typical water well services to even call me back, someone told me that AquaMan had booster pumps and were installing them when no one else could. I called them and they immediately responded with the installation of the pump. They had to do some rewiring in my well house to get the more powerful pump to work. They made the service on my well a high priority and I had water within a few days. I can't say enough about how they handled the service and the repair. I would definitely give them a 5 star rating.

We moved into our house a little over a year ago and soon noticed the water needed help. A few weeks ago we made the decision to do something about it. We contacted Aquaman and soon Brad came out to look at my current set up and provided me a quote on replacing my system. No pushy sales at all. I called them back within a few minutes of their visit to get on the list. We couldn't be more pleased with our decision. They did exactly what they said they would do and the product is amazing. They got us on the schedule quickly and the install was great. The crew was very professional, courteous and efficient. We also felt very safe as everyone was observing Covid-19 protocols. They just dropped by to check on things and walk me through the system. I will certainly be a repeat customer.

This company provides outstanding customer service! This were friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and helped me determine the best system for my needs with no sales pressure whatsoever. Installation was prompt and they followed up with an in-home visit to ensure I understood the system's operation and emphasized I could call anytime with questions. It's clear this family run company really cares about its customers. I would highly recommend them.

I am completely satisfied with the install and annual inspection for the RO and Water Softener. They sent our reminder which was great because I would have forgotten. I am confident and trust in the system that was recommended by Kelly, the owner, and he is always available for any questions. Really can't go wrong. Worth the investment as well because the water is great.

Installation was as explained. Service technician was clean and picked up everything. They did a follow up visit to make sure we understood how to use the product and brought us soaps for each bathroom, kitchen, and laundry to try. Product made in the USA.

Very professional people from their salesman to customer service to the installation crew. Came in on promised date, did the installation and left all areas clean. Had a problem with the conditioner, called, next morning they had their field service people out and quickly resolved the issue.
