Arrived more than 30 minutes late. Price was too high for two hours labor. I got a whole set of tires for my car for less. The plumber was very nice but a little sloppy. When finished there were silicone fingerprints on the sink and counter top, and silicone seal all the way around the sink edge. I am scraping and rubbing it off. Also he punched a hole in the bottom of the cabinet although granted the bottom had been weakened by water damage in the past. I did get a â senior discountâ plus 50 dollars off but the price was still too high.

The repairmen was very professional and experience in his craft, I was shocked at how fast they responded to my request. It is a known fact that electricians,plumbers, carpenters and etc. are very expensive, but three or four hundred dollars to replace just a water faucet is entirely to much. As stated previously, I hired them to replace my air conditioner and they did a masterful job.

They arrived as scheduled, within 45 minutes they finished the job, at least they thought, until they discovered the leak was still there. I wanted them to come back at a later day to fix the problem because it was past 6pm, but the technician thought it was best to finish the job while they were there. They stayed until the job was completed which only took about a 1.5 hours.. Very please with the technician decision to stay and complete the job.

They got started on my project at about 11:30 AM and after part of the day, the one tech left and the remaining tech didn't finish until after 8PM. They should have started the day first thing with a major job like the one completed. The work was very very professional and hopefully corrected our A/C issues. I was happy with the result.
