We’ve had really good experiences with them. We’ve been with them for almost 20 years. The best part is they’re very honest. When we first started using them, we called them because another company said our whole unit had to be replaced. They came out and, “no, it doesn’t really need to be replaced, it needs this, this and this, which was much cheaper!” They were very honest about that. It’s hard to rate the price because I really don’t know what other people charge. I mean, it’s been fine for us.

They are a little higher priced, they are my back up company and they are always there and on time.

Mission came quickly as the house was for sale and needed it cool for showings. The coil was found to be leaking and I was provied the option to replace a coil on a legacy freon system or replace the whole system. The full system option was chosen and the team came back and replaced the full HVAC system for a very competitive price (after multiple other quotes) I had used them in the past for plumbing work and had always been very professional as well.

Fidel and his assistant came out prior to doing the work and completed a thorough investigation of the problem of low pressure. They were able to provide the owner,Joe Bonugli with enough information for him to accurately estimate the price of the work. Joe was in communication with us throughout the process. This helped to assure us of his honesty, empathy, and desire to give us the best price while being fair to his employees. On the morning Fidel came to do the work, we were able to discuss the path of the plumbing which required cuts into the drywall. This was helpful to prevent cuts that did not need to be made and the least intrusive. Fidel and his assistant were excellent problemsolvers, respectful of our house, and hard workers.

Company is very professional, and the job was done on time and with no issues. The owner personally explained the quotation. A technician came the day before to confirm what landscaping would be disturbed to gain access to the unit (and cleared this with me). The team arrived on time and installed everything as discussed and within the time frame discussed. The old unit was hauled away as agreed. Care was taken while inside the home, not to damage property or leave a mess. Turnaround was very quick (I approved the quotation and they set up installation for the next day). The new unit is functioning well.

It was a preventive service. He came and did his work and left. They did a good job and the air conditioner is still working.

I had been renting a water softener from culligan for a couple of years. It was broken and needed service. They gave me an estimate for service and I had decided that I needed to buy a unit vs continuing to rent. I offered to purchase the used unit, but the cost was ridiculous for a 2 year old unit that had just been repaired. I told them to take it with them and then set out on a search for a new water softener.
I talked to Mission Plumbing, because I'd been doing business with them for years on my listings (I'm a Realtor) and always got rave reviews from my clients about them.
Joe turned me on to a totally different type of system. The NUVO system.
1. The cost was less than a normal water softener
2. No need for salt or other things that you don't need in your water
3. The unit is much smaller and attaches to the wall.. freeing up alot of space in my garage.
4. No need for ongoing service by a company, I just have to buy a new cartridge every 6 months (approx $85.)
It's fabulous and I love it!

Service engineer was punctual and efficient. Explained everything he was doing and made some good suggestions. Did his job and left with a smile.

Labor: 245.00 (2 1/2hrs @ 98.00/hr) Parts: 87.43 (log lighter value kit 53.03, ball valve 34.40). Description of Problem: I would occassionally smell gas in the vicinity of my gas fireplace. With some research, I figured out it was probably a dried out valve. Description of Repair: The technician was professional, courteous and friendly. This is an older fireplace so the technician did not have the replacement parts with him. The increased labor cost was probably travel time to purchase the needed part. Summary: I am relieved to have the gas leak repaired. I am not happy with the dark marks left on my off-white carpet (I had offered to let him use one of my drop cloths, he declined). I would use them again. (I am looking forward to replacing my furnace/AC in the near future.)

After our call to have a plumber go out to evaluate the scope of work we called back to cancel the service call due to another quote that was given. We appreciated the understanding of the employee and advised we appreciated their time. we will definitely put this company on our short list of who to call for any future problems.

The technician called before he came to confirm and showed up when scheduled. He completed the work in a timely manner and tallked to me about the system I own.

They've been very honest. They usually come out the same day you call them.

Excellent showed up and on time and performed excellent work. In fact my return copper line had a slight dent in it. Instead of charging me to replace it he straightened it at no charge.

One think I do like about this company is the staff is highly trained because they all go through an extensive apprentice program.

Our downstairs bathroom toilet flooded, and a plunger nor a 4 foot auger could solve the problem. I called Mission plumbing and they were very punctual, professional, and effective. This was on a Sunday which was double the normal rate, but I really needed help. So I had them come out to fix the problem. He showed up right when he said he would. The plumber had to use about a 20+ ft. powered rooter on the outside drain in order to fix the problem. Its been over three weeks without any issues. I did give them a slightly lower score on the price catagory because I did not know that the fee was just to come out, and each service was a fee on top of that fee. However, I still feel I got my money's worth and would use them again. They also followed up to check on the issue and thank me for the business with one phone call and one mailing which is nice. They didn't smother me with mailings or phone calls.

They show up when they say they are going to show up. They are very pleasant. They tell you exactly what they are going to do and it does not take them long to get it done. Before that, I had a leaking hose bib, outside. They replaced that. They charged me $101 for that work. It was in February. For the plumbing work, I would rate them pretty high. I haven't had any problem. Whatever they have done, they have done it right, the first time. I would use them again for plumbing. I also had an occasion to call them for air conditioner. That one hasn't turned out quite as well. They are equal in plumbing and air conditioning work. Their advertisement shows as both, Mission Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning Company. I had a problem with my air conditioning. They came and fixed it. However, the problem re-occurred again. I paid them. They called me on the phone and informed that I have been over charged. They sent me the cheque back. They said they would send me an invoice for the right amount. They haven't done that yet. They are saying I need to replace my whole unit. They have given me quotes on the couple of brands of a/c furnace units. They said they are going to email me with more particulars about what's covered in the warranty, capacityof the unit etc. Apparently, their email view is not working properly, so I have sent them an email to let them know that I have not received anything. They have not responded back. The a/c is working. The primary receptical for the condensed water, that forms, is supposeto go to the pseudo line. That's not operating properly, so it's going to the secondary receptical. This drains out into my front porch. Therefore, it's raining out there. It is an inconvenience. The house is cool. I have to figure out what I need to do or maybe call in another company, to see if they can verify there is nothing they can do to replace the primary receptical.

Staff both on the phone and in person was extremely professional. I felt the price was extremely reasonable for the work performed. The tech was done within an hour and I was very pleased with the work. Please note regarding the price listed: I purchased the disposal myself from Home Depot, so the price would have been a little higher had the plumber provided it. The company was not bothered in the least that I provided the disposal, and I appreciated that they did not try to discourage me from doing so. Will definitely use them again for any plumbing work...and for any future AC/heater work I might need.
