Did not get a response until after the holiday weekend but they came and replaced the unit in one day labor and unit $800. Very quick and clean

I called them at 7:30 in the morning and they came to take a look at it in less than an hour. I was so impressed with their honesty, they could have told me I needed a new hot water heater and I would not have known the difference. This was a great experience and I would use them again.

Kraig and Darin were very professional and quickly did all the rough-in work needed on a new master bath shower. They listened to what we wanted to do, and had recommendations on different approaches/solutions which helped us finalize the design. Looking forward to having them back out to hook everything up once the tile work is done. Great job, guys!

They did an beautiful job, on time and a good price,.

My calls were returned quickly, the work was done promptly and the cost matched the estimate. They took care of the required permits and took care of a very minor, somewhat picky item which the city inspector found after the work was completed. This was my first experience with Bracken Plumbing and I was very pleased.

Great...cost was fair, work was excellent.

They called before coming.  Arrived when they said they would.  Showed them the wet wall and carpet.  I was expecting them to knock out the wall.  He said he'd rather do "Robitusson first and leave the "chemo" as a last resort".   They went to bathroom
and removed an access panel to the tub and found no leak there, so they moved on to the commode and within minutes found the problem.  They were able to repair it (essentially rebuilt the toilet guts and seals) and cleaned everything up.  
I asked them to do a pressure test and they did - it failed as always.  So they started checking throughout the house and finally got close at the water softener.  Previous plumber couldn't find it - said he'd have to start knocking out walls...  I had already asked Bracken if they did water softeners.  I will be replacing that softener anyway so at that time they will determine for sure whether it's the old softener or the pipe leading to it.  Again the Robitusson analogy.

Good customer service and competitive price. Plumbers arrived on time and worked quickly. Got the entire job done in about two hours. I am very pleased with their work.

This is the second water heater we had replaced. We have two and they replaced the first one a year ago. Both times they gave us a great price and did a great job. We shopped around. Lowes were very expensive. We were very happy with their price and quality of work.

They were great, they did a a really great job and I would use them again.

Bobby and Joe were very courteous and professional. Bobby called about 30 minutes before arrival to let us know he was on his way.
Since we didn't have hot water in the house they were fully prepared to replace the water heater. In fact, they had the replacement on the truck. But before they removed and replaced our water heater, they troubleshot the problem and discovered a simple fix! We are in the middle of a bathroom remodel and a different plumbing contractor installed a new valve without the control cartridge and the hot and cold water were mixing inside the valve. Joe installed the cartridge and hot water is running perfectly. So, instead of an $800 dollar hot water replacement, Bobby and Joe solved our problem in under an hour with just a service call charge. This is our second time calling Bracken for plumbing needs and we'll continue to use them in the future.
