Enrique, Hector and Devon did an outstanding job moving my parents household to a storage area. They really took great care in wrapping and caring for the furniture. It was a tough time for us after my folks had to go in t h e nursing home.

Avoid this company at all costs. They advertise their movers are background checked etc, when they clearly need to focus more on efficiency and customer service skills. It was a nightmare from start to finish. They left key bed parts on the truck, forcing me to sleep on a mattress on the floor after a 9-hour move. My claims report was also a joke?offering $205 for damages that include a $199 trash can, ruined bedroom set, broken mirror, and more. Boxes were left upside down, food spilled, and nothing was placed in the correct room.

Far from being PROFESSIONALS. When it comes to moving, I consider myself a Professional as I have gone through this rodeo one too many times. I was charged for 4 rolls of shrink wrap at $45 each. They only showed up with 2 that were not brand new. They called their office for more and didn?t even finish using a roll and they took the other roll with them. I was also charged for 12 rolls of tape. They only used 6. Their box of supplies which I handed them still had a roll of 6 in it, plus mattress covers that I declined. What crushed it for me was the 17% fuel charge on the overall cost instead on just the labor. 17% is pretty steep after charging an hour rate to get the crew from location to destination and back. They asked so many questions on furniture they took apart and couldn?t figure out how to put it back together, going back and forth on who took it apart. So far, they took off with my front porch patio set and the legs to my dresser. I called their office office to inform the
