I purchased a new house a year and a half ago and had no idea how to use the equipment. I had no idea whether it was any good or if it needed any work to my water softener and the RO system. I didn't know if the water coming out of there was any good or needed new stuff. 

Everything was fine and I didn't need to purchase anything. I just paid for the service call. Mainly, he came out and I was expecting to spend a bunch of money, so everything was good. 

I would give him an "A" for everything. It was fantastic. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He didn't have me spend money I didn't need to spend, so I always appreciate that. 

I would use them again.

Very professional from the time of contact through final service and installation of the new equipment. Bill came out to the house without charge to assess and confirm that our old system was not repairable due to parts no longer being available and quoted a competitive price for replacement. We were able to schedule the installation within few days and have been pleased with the new system.

Bill was on time, quickly tested the systems, and isolated the problem to the soft water valve motor. He ordered the new motor, installed it a few days later, and checked out my drinking water system at the same time. The price was very reasonable and the work was professional and quick.

EXCELLENT service.  It is obvious that Bill Clark runs his business with integrity.  He did not try to up sell me on anything.  He explained everything thoroughly and I was reassured that all of my equipment is fine.  I highly recommend CBS Systems.

Excellent service and responsiveness!

My water softener system was leaking on Monday and I called CBS Systems as they were the original installers of the equipment and they have a great reputation in our neighborhood.  The unit was quite old and pre-dated our purchase of the home.  On Wednesday, we received punctual and outstanding service.  We were given options on repair and replacement and ultimately decided to replace the system.  The area was left cleaner than it was found and we truly appreciated the interaction.  We will definitely use CBS Systems again and recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

Fantastic Experience.  Bill Clark did excatly what he promised when he promised to do it.  Doesn't always work that way these days..  I am now enjoying soft, purified drinking water thanks to CBS water systems.

He  would have come out within 1 business day of my calling but I was unable to be there so we waited a couple of days. He was cheerful and performed the needed work immediately. All that was needed was one new part which was reasonable in price and he was in and out within 45 minutes.  He did not try to sell me an upgrade or tell me I needed a bunch of new work. In addition he told me how to take care of the unit  to keep it going at top condition.   I was very happy.  They will definitely be on my list of companies to call when I need work again.
