"I wished I had hired the Water Dr. before I installed my water softener. He and his team were very professional and knowledgeable when it came to my system. He not just identified but fixed the problems associated with my last installation company. "Very pleased with Shawn Jackson and his helper. They made quick work of replacing the water heater. I recently had knee surgery and couldn't lift the salt pellet bags so they did me a favor of loading my water softener with salt. Shawn and his helper were cordial and professional.
