Our experience with Finishing Touches was positive from beginning to end. They are Incredibly skilled/professional, transparent, with honesty and fair pricing, great attention for detail and pride in their work!! Steve responded promptly to our inquiry. He gave us a free estimate that ended up being very open and accurate till the end. They helped us with painting several rooms, ceiling fan installations, electrical outlet repair, custom drywall in closets with built shelving, and a custom door we asked for knowing the difficulty it might present with the age of our house. They transformed every space they worked on. Steve and John took the time to look at the job thoroughly to help us put together a plan for a scope of work we could perform and afford within our budget. They answered all questions we had along the way without hesitation! They took the time to complete all aspects of the job with skill and care for my property while still having a good turn around time all in. We are extremely satisfied with our choice in Finishing Touches. We would hire them again without question!!

It went wonderful. Steve’s attention to detail and care for your home is second to none. I highly recommend him for your project. We were so happy with the work he did in our kitchen that we had him back a month later to do tile work on another area. We intend to have him remodel our bathrooms next year. Again, I can’t recommend him enough. You will not be disappointed.

Expert, beautiful work completed in a timely fashion for a terrific, more-than-fair price. This company communicated wonderfully throughout the duration of the job(s) and left the work site (kitchen/bath) clean daily. If details matter to you, use Finishing Touches – they are aptly named. I cannot say LOUD enough how terrific they are.

Having this be my 1st remodel, I wasn't sure what to do. Steve took me through every step of the way, including picking out tile! Steve was extremely patient and has a great calming affect because he knows what he's doing! I love my new bathroom and was extremely happy with the results! I would, and have, recommended Steve and crew to friends because you know the job will get done with excellent results!

Steve is awesome! He was respectful of my home - and brand new kitchen, by covering absolutely everything before even starting his work, which I really appreciated. His tile work came out amazing and I couldn’t believe how quickly he finished the job.

The entire process went great with Steve and his crew. He is very responsive, provides updates, and did great work. They were very conscious about protecting the rooms they had to walk through to do the work in the bathroom, and did a good job cleaning up after. I would definitely recommend Finishing Touches for any type of bathroom renovation work.

Where do I start. They did an unbelievable job my floors look amazing. The customer service and professionalism is second to none. I had a contractor cancel at the last second and was desperate for someone to come out. Within days of speaking with them I was able to have the job completed which was a life saver for me. Thanks!!! It went smoothly. The finished project looks exactly how I had envisioned. The team at Finishing Touches listened to me and kept me informed of any issues. Once it was done was so please I decided to remodel my other bathroom. They were professional, prompt, courteous and respectful. Will use them for all my home projects.

We couldn't have been happier with Steve's work. Great communication, reasonable pricing. Steve and John did a great job preparing the space before install to protect appliances and other finishes. We're definitely having him come back to quote our second bathroom this Fall.

My wife and I had Steve do a gut remodel of our full bathroom and he and his team did a wonderful job. We have a 90 year old house so there were plenty of unexpected surprises that came up during the work but Steve was able to improvise solutions on the spot and keep the project moving at a steady pace. We also really appreciated the design tips he would offer along the way - his input ultimately improved the look of the finished product. We highly recommend Steve and Finishing Touches and would definitely work with him again.

Our kitchen island looks great! We had the kneewall tiled in a white marble haringbone pattern with black grout. Steve and his co-worker were timely, professional and they don't smoke. The job site was kept neat at all times. The project cost exactly what the estimate stated. The tile installation is perfect. We have already decided to work with Finishing Touches Tile for our next project. The cost below does not include materials.

If I could give Steve an A+, I would give it in every category. He and his helper Brian are the nicest, friendliest, most courteous and most professional contractors I’ve ever worked with. Steve’s tile work is beautiful. I couldn’t be happier. Since their next job wasn’t starting for a few days, I asked them to repair some rotting wood on my deck stairs, replace some blades on a ceiling fan and replace an outside faucet. They are a talented duo and strive for perfection in all their work. I already have plans to hire them for another project.

Everything went well with the remodel. They communicated effectively, answered all of my question, was punctual. Most importantly, they did great work, I love my kitchen. I have received compliment on it. The kitchen turned out great. I recommend them.

We had an excellent experience with Steve and Jon. They were fast, thoughtful, and great communicators. Steve responded quickly and was able to pull a team together on relatively short notice. They asked great questions and provided helpful guidance, but were also really responsive to our wishes. They brought in a team of workers to get the job done as quickly as possible. Steve called to check in to make sure we were happy with the work once it was done, which I really appreciated. I truly cannot say enough about how pleased we were to have found them and highly, highly recommend them!!!

Quilty: Steve's tile work is some of the best I have seen. I really could not be more please. He came in after another contractor failed to deliver on his promises. Service: Steve is very responsive and helpful. He started my job and kept working. (He is not like other who bounce around from one place to another. He stays with it until it is done.) Price: The price was worth the quality job and dependability that come with Steve.

Steve (Finishing Touches) was great! Steve arrived as scheduled, completed the job in 2.5 days without any issues. The project looks great and the cost was fair. I'd recommend and hire Finishing Touches (Steve) again.
