The crew was on time and did their work in a very professional and efficient manner. This was not an easy job. Both trees were very large and close to electric lines and our back garage. "Ortiz Brothers Tree Service was great. Jamie came by and looked at my 4 live oak trees and listened to what I wanted done and then recommended a few other branches that needed to come out. They returned on the date and time we agreed. He and his team did the job quickly, 3 hours. They cleaned all of their equipment before that started and they sealed all of the cuts, due to us having oak wilt in our neighborhood. They cut all of the limbs at the collars, like they should be, not the way the City of Austin's contractors do. They cut out all of the dead wood and thinned out the insides of the canopy. We had them cut a couple of larger low laying branches as well. They managed to get the limbs cut that went over our fence without having to go into our neighbors yards. They only had 2 branches that they could not get this way and removed them from my neighbors yards as well. They cleaned everything up and raked my yard to remove all of the little stuff. Great people to deal with."
