Texas Tree Pros, General Manager, Ronnie Manning. Ph 737-222-4824 JOB ASSIGNMENT: Cut down and remove 35' Maple Tree. All work and clean-up were accomplished safely. Using their ropes and equipment the crew took great care to insure there would be no damage to my home, drive or walkways. From start to finish, this crew never stopped for a break, and I couldn't help but notice how well-coordinated their work efforts were and how safely they worked. I recently used this tree company for a tree stump grinding service, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Ronnie Manning, the company representative, lied about the service that was going to be completed. He specifically verbalized what they would do and then sneakily avoided that work by saying it was not in the contract. This resulted in the job being left incomplete, and when I reached out to the company to ask them to come back and finish the job, they refused and were unwilling to make any effort to correct their mistake. I was extremely disappointed with the company's lack of professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction. It's frustrating to pay for a service and not receive the quality and completeness that was promised. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy tree services. Based on my experience, it seems that this company prioritizes dishonesty and deception over customer satisfaction, and I would caution others to look elsewhere for their tree care needs.

"We are a professional company and my guys are great at what they do. We removed a hackberry tree and a China berry tree and ground both stumps for 1000.00 dollars. I gave you a wonderful deal. When the work was completed you inspected the work and told my guys they did a great job then paid for it. Several weeks later you texted me and wanted the roots ground. I explained to you that would be an extra cost and wasn’t part of the contract you signed. You then told me I said we would do it which I never said. Then when I told you we could come out and do it for an extra fee you started calling me names and said you would put a bad review on Anjis. I’m sorry but that’s not how we do business. Your not going to make threats to get work done for free! If you wanted the roots ground you should’ve had it put in the contract when you signed and dated it. The job was performed per the contract and completed. We go above and beyond to do everything we can to make our clients happy!"
