"Advisor was very knowledgeable. The crew that performed the work did an amazing job. Had several instances where estimate or invoice changed from time of advisor coming out, invoice sent with crew did not match emailed invoice, had additional trimming of neighbors tree which I declined with advisor and again with initial estimate. I paid invoice that was sent by email which was correct. Otherwise very good service and job."
