"I went and took a look at the homeowner job. informed her this is the cost of labor will take. inform her over the phone that I usually take 50% down or she could Pat for the materials. I went and found her special order doors customized to fit her area. offered them the receipt. homeowner refuse to pay work was 80% complete she did not pay for materials so I went ahead and pick her materials up at the which I have worked with them for over 20 years. they refuse to pay $600 for materials 80% of the work was complete. all I needed to do is put in some new lag bolts and customize the space in between. all you contractors out there get 50% down."
"Please tell the full story of submitting reviews. First job installing ac unit. H/O did not have all parts for installation. Went to 2 stores to find the correct part. I did not charge any extra trip time just parts and charged the same original price. 2nd job installs trim for the mini house. The homeowner requested to go with me to pick out the trim. Informed H/O I can send pix. Third job deck replacement came down on price 300 under market price. Tore my rotator cuff on this job. Did the best I could to complete the job! Only 30 min left to complete trim. I contracted coved. My son helped me with the AC job and H/O dressed provocatively. The second job the H/O just wore I guess it was only a skimpy tee shirt. My 15 yr old son was very uncomfortable both times. My son refused to help with the third job! I have never refused a hug from a homeowner. I only hug for a hard job well done or inspirational. Thank you for bringing this to my attention. Fist bumps only. My 93 yr old H/O in hospice will be sad."
"I did three jobs for this homeowner and we are even with pay. first job 2800 with extras and changes. no complaints. the second job I did was 500 for a swing which I underbid should have been 1100. I started my third job had to do extra work with all his blinds. Then in the middle of the third job I requested engineering how to attach the end. The homeowner never reached out and got back to me about how he wanted to proceed."
"I believe homeowner has me confused with someone else? I never did any concrete work for her!"
