"The contract for the work performed which you signed and dated was completed. You paid for the work after it was done and told my guys they did an amazing job. They removed 2 trees and ground 2 stumps for you. You then called several weeks later wanting the roots above the ground away from the stumps ground also. I told you we could do the work but would be an additional charge. You told me it should be included and you were not paying any more money. I stated to you we cannot do the work for free. "I am sorry you were not satisfied with the work that was performed. We strive to make every client happy. All the work was completed on the estimate sheet you signed. You even asked for another day worth of work to be done. When I gave you the estimate you said that you should not have to pay more to get the extra work done. You were walking around the work area intoxicated and we asked you to please stay away for your safety. You then started yelling and cussing at my workers and I instructed them to leave and that we would not be able to do any more work for you. We are a professional company and I expect my crews to be treated with respect"
