Jib I was hiring for was a BIG job! 4 scrubs and 8 trees. I personally interviewed 5 different companies for this job. I choose Texas Tree Pros for several reasons. 1.) They had a stump grinder and grounded down all my scrubs and 2 trees. 2.) They were able to get on my roof and cut all the over grown tree limbs covering and resting on my roof. 3.) They were very neat and clean as tgey picked up after themselves very well. I would hiring them again.

I recently used this tree company for a tree stump grinding service, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Ronnie Manning, the company representative, lied about the service that was going to be completed. He specifically verbalized what they would do and then sneakily avoided that work by saying it was not in the contract. This resulted in the job being left incomplete, and when I reached out to the company to ask them to come back and finish the job, they refused and were unwilling to make any effort to correct their mistake. I was extremely disappointed with the company's lack of professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction. It's frustrating to pay for a service and not receive the quality and completeness that was promised. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy tree services. Based on my experience, it seems that this company prioritizes dishonesty and deception over customer satisfaction, and I would caution others to look elsewhere for their tree care needs.

"The contract for the work performed which you signed and dated was completed. You paid for the work after it was done and told my guys they did an amazing job. They removed 2 trees and ground 2 stumps for you. You then called several weeks later wanting the roots above the ground away from the stumps ground also. I told you we could do the work but would be an additional charge. You told me it should be included and you were not paying any more money. I stated to you we cannot do the work for free. Then you got upset and started calling me names and stated you would put a negative review on Anjis. I told you that was your right and to have."

Great team. Scheduled appointment for evaluation, agreed upon workout within one week. Received call on Friday, prior to Mon. scheduled appointment to notify me that they had time in their schedule that day and would I mind if they came that day. Agreed with plan, they were here and completed work in record time. Would hire them again.

Zamora construction was prompt in coming out to give me an estimate on the removal of a very large ash tree that was dead, plus grinding the stump. Their price was significantly better than the other three quotes I got and Joe was great with communication. I was also impressed that they could get me in the same week I decided to hire them. They did a great job on the actual removal and cleanup and were much faster than I expected. Joe called to make sure that I was happy with their work and if there was anything they needed to still do to make me happy. Thank you for such a great job and customer service!

Terrible, gave me a quote, then did not do what I asked for, Did not umbrella cut my 3 Pecan trees in Front yard, even after 3 attempts, did not get all dead limbs cut, Last time I spent my time trying in 90 plus temp. showing them what to cut and finally said quit. Was not going to deal with them any more. They wanted another $900 to cut limbs in back yard , away from the house, which should have been in the original quote. Really not professional or trustworthly(sp) in my opinion.

"I am sorry you were not satisfied with the work that was performed. We strive to make every client happy. All the work was completed on the estimate sheet you signed. You even asked for another day worth of work to be done. When I gave you the estimate you said that you should not have to pay more to get the extra work done. You were walking around the work area intoxicated and we asked you to please stay away for your safety. You then started yelling and cussing at my workers and I instructed them to leave and that we would not be able to do any more work for you. We are a professional company and I expect my crews to be treated with respect"

If you're looking for an Excellent Tree Trimming and/or Tree removal I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Texas Tree Pros! Fast and very mindful of your property and clean up all the debris from the yard if not better than before they started. They're consistently checking with you to make sure you are satisfied with the Trees that they're trimming. In and out on my property 4.5 hours when I assumed it would take 2 days. Go with TEXAS TREE PROS!
