Had a good experience dealing with Ray and Tim. They helped me decide which projects to tackle and which to leave for later. They were clear in all communication and most important were willing to listen to my decisions, and not be too pushy with their vision, but work with me to achieve what I was trying to get done. Would use them again, and recommend for anyone needing tree work done.

I have been using American Tree Service for six years and time after time they do fantastic work. Just yesterday they finished a massive job trimming a big red oak for us, which needed some TLC. They worked really hard, left everything looking immaculate and our red oak is back to it's full glory. Highly recommend!

This is the 2nd time I have used American Tree Service. Extremely professional, diligent, self directed once the task is agreed and over delivers thus exceeding my expectations. The palms were removed completely and the huge, live oaks were trimmed with great skill. Plan on hiring again as needs dictate.

Tim owner and Ray job supervisor arrived for our estimate appointment promptly. We toured my property, discussed the work to be done and a written quote was submitted. Based on the quote, I agreed to have the work completed, which would take three days. ATS crew showed up on time and as agreed. The team was professional, polite and diligent throughout the three days. The work accomplished exceeded my expectations by a wide margin. I was completely satisfied by the amount and quality of work accomplished by the ATS team. Tim came by as well to make sure I was happy and the quality of work was up to his high standards. I will hire them again if/when I require any additional tree work. I recommend them w/o reservation to anyone needing similar tree trimming services in the Austin area. It is no accident that they have been in business for 21 years and counting.

The work was done to perfection. They asked what I want it done and they did it. The men were capable and polite and went above and beyond what I expected. The trees were trimmed perfectly. My yard is clean and beautiful. I think them very much for doing such a great job.

We had a long row of shrub and brush against a fence to be removed—and it was all cleared out well with proper chemicals applied to prevent regrow. We were very pleased with the service Ray provided and the work of the crew! They were prompt and professional!

Ray DeVreugd initially contacted me regarding the work. He quoted a fair price for the job. He and his crew were able to fit my project in after just a few days. My tree was trimmed in a way to preserve the tree. All of the limbs were trimmed and disposed of. The clean up was excellent! I highly recommend this tree service and will continue to use them when the need arises. Great job guys!
