"I spoke with Lawrence this morning, he came to my home this afternoon and in 10 minutes he set up traps, caught and released the baby squirrel that was in my atrium. The poor squirrel either fell from my two story roof or crawled down the wall into the area with no exit other than windows or slider into my home. He couldn't crawl up the wall all though he tried for 21 hours. I highly recommend Laws Of Nature!!!"

They communicated multiple times about time and date (reminders leading up to the day) and when I showed up he was already complete with the drone footage and doing his inspection space by space. He was thoroughly knowledgeable and very kind and personable. He eased a lot of concerns and then sent over a 13 page report with photos and directions. It was amazing and totally worth the money for peace of mind Amin this whole process. I will be using their services a few more times for this and Ronnie laid out the next phase and who would be doing what. Overall, it was really great. Highly recommend!"

I called and they told me that they were going to send someone out the next day. The next day came and no one came. I called back and they rescheduled the appointment. No one came to the second appointment either. I called into cancel and they told me that they couldn't cancel commercial accounts and that I would have to talk to a manager. They told me the manager would call me within 24-hours. No one called me back within 24-hours so I called back 2 days later and they finally let me cancel the account. Overall, their policy of satisfaction guaranteed and money-back guarantee is inaccurate. I just noticed they have a 1.19/5 rating on the Better Business Bureau too."
