They made sure the work areas were cleaned up each day. We felt their pricing was very competitive and we chose them over higher bids. We were so pleased with the quality of the products they used and pricing of their work, that we were able to upgrade what we had chosen for our living room. All work performed was great. Had a few challenges with house structure and improvised ways to solve problems.

Robert and team did an excellent job in working with me to design, and then to install, an extensive Home automation system. They were very prompt, courteous, efficient, technically proficient, responsive, on time, and on budget. They took great care of my home, and cleaned up after their work each day. They looked for solutions to do all of the work in a way that minimized any repairs (e.g. patches or painting on walls or ceilings). The work was expensive, but I understand that is the market for this type of project. When working on the proposal, Robert made sure not to overpromise on timing, but he did meet my aggressive back end date. He followed up with me immediately by text on various technical fixes after the installation. I was very happy with everything, and feel like I can contact Robert by text for future follow ups. ProTech Communications exceeded my expectations! This father/son company was well versed with their services and products; they were prompt, competent and solution-oriented. They encountered several (builder's) problems in my new home in installing wall speakers and TV's, but they were problem solvers and persistent in installing additional outlets and getting the work done. Every one of their employees were professional, polite and respectful of my home. My surround sound system works great, the outdoor flood lights make me feel more secure, the additional lights in the garage are fantastic and having a universal control to manage all the equipment is excellent. Any problems that I have encountered, due to my lack of knowledge of technology, they have shown patience and tutor me again & again. ProTech Communications is very diverse in their skills and services. I have several other projects in the future and will definitely contact them again.

Punctual. Understood problem. Came with solutions

Everything went great. I was very happy with the professionalism of this company. They were very polite, punctual, and responsive. I am also pleased with the quality of there work and equipment that they installed. I felt comfortable leaving them in my home when I was unable to stay during install. Typically not something I would ever do. I would and will hire them again if I ever need anything else.

When I called for a quote, my call was immediately answered and two individuals came out the same day to do the installation. The addition of the electrical outlet was more complicated than expected but I was charged the amount quoted. The technicians did a very good job and were extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend and would use them again.

UPDATE: Unfortunately, with it being holiday's I have been unable to update an earlier review I submitted on Protech Communication. Robert Sr. followed up my review and was very gracious in offering to correct the unfortunate encounter. He went so far as to offer a better price for the installation, and I couldn't ask for better communication. A Protech install crew showed up on the date and time agreed upon, everything went smoothly. My family and I were/are very thankful and grateful for Robert Sr's follow up, and the professionalism of him and his crew. I will definitely recommend Protech and they will be the first to contact for communications specialists. Thank you Protech, Merry Christmas & Happy New Year to you and your crew!

Robert scheduled the work when it was most convenient for us. Robert let me know the technicians' name before they arrived. Jared and Eddie were very professional throughout the installation. There was only one snafu with disruption to our security alarm system and Robert satisfactorily handled the situation promptly and without hesitation.

Robert and his crew were fantastic. The communication was excellent. They showed up when they said they would and worked for a couple of days getting everything installed. Robert walked me through everything they were going to do and then gave us a lesson on the equipment afterwards. He even took my phone call on Thanksgiving and helped walk me through getting our visiting son's phone to connect to the system so we could enjoy his Thanksgiving playlist. We are loving the system and will be calling Robert in the future to do add in some of the additional features offered.

Robert followed up to my email via Angie's list within a couple of hours and after our phone call the next day got me a quote and we setup a time for install the day after that. Even tough i was a bit late to get home, the crew was waiting patiently and got right to work. I was very impressed with the speed and quality of the work, they cleaned up after them selves and everything is exactly as I requested. I was very impressed by the professional response and service, I will use them again for sure!

He was very friendly, helpful and taught me about home automation. He worked very well in pre-wiring the house on time and provided me with the most appropriate automation at my house. I would recommend him to any of my friends and family and will use him again. The best parts of my project is my game room projector screen and the home audio system (they are both the best and I trusted him on the right choice.) The thing that i learnt about automation like getting the best computer and then you have pay for upgrades and maintenance.

First, the response and follow-ups to all of my inquiries were almost immediate whether via cell, text, or email. In addition, the pricing was competitive and the work was superb. They were punctual and did not give a large window of arrival like many service companies do. Furthermore, they were extremely professional AND personable with myself and my family. I feel that I can trust the products they suggest as well as their craftsmanship. They are my new go-to service provider for any multi-media or alarm issues. It is a great feeling to know that they are so responsive if I need anything!

Had friends over and they couldn't believe the quality. They will not let you down. Everyone of the guys were great. I'm looking forward to using them again. Not one to write reviews but I could not let this great service go unnoticed. I'll be happily hosting many movie nights at my house for years to come.

They were terrible. They were supposed to hide the wires but they hid it behind the furniture and not behind the wall. The price was okay. They left a bad taste in my mouth. I would never tell a friend about them. The first time they came in, they were nice but then defensive.
