They arrive every other month as scheduled. Seems to keep indoor insect pests to a minimum. The only thing they are not super effective with is spiders and they explained this has a lot to do with how spiders work. Basically, since pests with poison don't get inside, spiders who live inside won't get access to the toxin. But otherwise, I like them, their ability and willingness to answer questions, and their reliability. They're are slightly more than the folks who come around advertising services, but I trust them so I stick with them. Been with them for nearly 3 years.

After working with Orkin for 2-3 months I still had a horrible pest problem, mainly roaches. After 1 month with A American I saw a huge improvement in the number of roaches in my home. I have now been using them for 6 months and I hardly ever see a bug in my house.

Very efficient, very pleasant and VERY informative. He suggested to keep the fruit flies at bay to put out cups of apple cider and dish soap mixed together. It does seem to attract the few fruit flies that make there way into the house.

It worked out very well. They come out bi-monthly. The man provided education, told me about some fo the insects, what type I probably had and how to identify some of it. It was a good visit. He was very pleasant.

Scott did a fantastic job.  Within a week, we had a deceased rat under our dishwasher.  We called back because of the smell and he came out the next morning, on Saturday, to help with a deodorizer packet to help alleviate the aroma.  I was impressed that when I left an after hours message on Friday afternoon, it was returned with a lengthy message and a promise to be out the next day to help us with the situation.  I would highly recommend this company for pest control, especially if you suspect that you have a rodent.
