"I want to brag on Lawrence Ross. He so honest and his integrity is unmeasurable. He investigated to find out what was the problem and took photos of my attic. Afterwards Lawrence sat down with me and informed me that I didn’t have the pest problem that 4 other Pest Control Companies said I had! Those Companies were trying to Scam me maybe because I am a woman or because I am 75 years old! The price to take care of my nonexistent pest problem ranged from $4000 up to $19000!! "Honestly they were more expensive than their competitors but did an excellent job of explaining the process, addressed my concerns, and I felt they cared more about doing a good job, so I gave them the bid. It took a little longer to get rid of the attic rats but that was because the rats were persistent, not any company failure. Everyone was great about wearing masks, did their work quickly and efficiently and I will be using them to do a yearly check just in case. Definitely worth the extra money."

"I am very happy to give King Pest Solutions a 5 Star review. Their representative, Eric, arrived on time and gave me an overview of what he was going to do to protect our house from termites. Together we walked around the perimeter of my house and he showed me the tools he was going to use and answered all my questions before getting started. The process took about 2 1/2 hours to complete and my home is now protected. Eric was efficient and knowledgeable about the process and, once again, made sure all my questions were answered before leaving. I will certainly continue to work with King Pest Solutions in the future."

"When our landscaper said we had a bee problem after they were stung, we called in the experts at Critter Control. Roger and another tech arrived early for our appointment and went to examine the area after we provided them the information we had. Well---there was no bee nest found, nor any signs of bees in or around the utility boxes within the landscaped area. We are so grateful that Critter Control is upfront and honest. They gave us helpful information on signs to look for but didn't even charge us for their inspection service call. Now this is amazing customer service! Thanks Critter Control!"

"The bid was was acceptable and within range of the competition. The installation was done in a timely and efficient manner. I have absolutely no complaints about the company or its workmanship. That said, I am pretty sure I've wasted my money.
The mosquito misting system is installed around 3/4 of my patio and pool deck. The misting system works as programmed, but I am still dealing with mosquitoes in the seating area closest to my house which also happens to be directly below the misting nozzles. The system comes on, sprays mist for 30 seconds and within 10-15 minutes I am swatting at mosquitoes.
To be fair, we have not treated the yard for mosquitoes and plan to do that this coming summer. If between yard treatments and the misting system I am still bothered by mosquitoes then I will consider the whole misting system product a failure.
If you are thinking about getting one, see if you can talk to people who have them. Maybe they have had better luck than me.
