Good! Success where others failed. A lengthy process with positive results. Positives- Professional, quick and humane treatment. Negatives- Sanitation afterwards more an afterthought. Note that cost was high, but reasonable considering time spent pest proofing (9-hours), ceasing of ongoing pest damage and assurance that pests won't return (we can see evidence another raccoons tried reentry, but failed). Recommended. Consider the cost as insurance for house ductwork, insulation and sanitization from rodents. Not to mention peace of mind.

Roger, the Wildlife Technician, inspected my home and made recommendations to seal the house and trap the rodents. He was excellent and made this ugly process very easy. I asked a 100 questions and he stopped and answered all of them. He noticed the dryer vent was clogged up and recommended I get it cleaned for my own safety which I promptly did. He even touched up an unpainted bare patch on my chimney while he was on the roof. The commitment is for a year to continue checking traps and removing unwanted long-tailed critters. I plan to set up a yearly maintenance schedule with them. Thank you Angie's List for having this excellent company on your list.

Not only did they find squirrels but they found traces of rats. They set up cages to trap the squirrels then came back to repair the holes the squirrels and rats were entering thru and set rraps to catch any rats left in the attic. They were priced well below other companies we contacted.

Austin Kuzniarek was very thorough and easy to communicate with. He explained the likely source of our problem and what needed to be done to prevent future problems. We agreed to his estimate for sealing up the house to prevent future entry, so will schedule another visit to complete the needed repairs.

Austin was excellent. He was courteous, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He set up 4 traps to catch raccoons that were lurking in our backyard and scratching up our pergola every night. Within one day, we got caught 3 raccoons and even an opossum. He collected them the next day and laid out a few more traps, just in case there were more. After no more animals were caught, he picked up the traps a week later. Even the receptionist was kind and professional. Highly recommend.

Very punctual and professional. Always called back wtih status. Only down side is they like to push for the most expensive/complete solution to any problem when other less expensive alternatives were available. They are not the low cost provider, but showed up with competent professionals to remidate the problem within 24 hours. It is over a year later and we have not had a pest problem since.

The whole experience went very well. The traps that were used were very unique..big enough to capture and contain the animal but small enough to not give it room to spray when caught. Before I called A All Animal Control, I called my "regular" pest control service who said they too provided this type of service..but they didn't come close to having the equipment or the know how to capture the critter.

It was kind of expensive. They started out quoting one thing but then it kind of went up, which I thought wasn't very appropriate. But we were desperate to get it taken care of. They had to come back about four times before they really had it varmint proofed. Since that point, we haven't had any problems. They give a warranty for their work.

From the initial call they we helpful and responsive; I spoke to a lady initially and she answered all my questions since I had never had this problem before; scheduled the service for the next morning; I called back about 10 minutes later since I was not going to be available and want to pay ahead; spoke to man who was already aware of my conversation and passed me back to the lady for CC details.
Next am the owner Mark Moss showed up and took care of my problem
These guys are considerate and know what they are doing.

I love this company. I have a large field behind my house that the owner decided to plow 3 times since September. In middle November I notice sounds in the ceiling. I called Saturday and my home was inspected on Monday. I was given a detailed quote for all services and the timeline for these services. The next week my new roof was installed. The day after the roof was finished  the crew arrived to seal and trap the roof rats. They were at the house for about 5 hours. My house has lots of weep holes and several possible entry points. The quote was very accurate plus items were removed from the quote because the roof installation fixed those entry points. After about a week the traps were checked, removed the trapped roof rats and the traps reset. At that time we set the time for the attic clean-up. I have two attic spaces .and both needed to be cleaned. This process did take about 4-5 hours. This includes blowing in 11-13 bags of insulation. A- All Animal Control came back 3 weeks age and check and I had no new residents. I have been called that they will be checking again. I'm so happy I found this company because I do not deal with rodents.

We had detected a very unpleasant odor and called Brian Moss based on review information. He responded by coming the next day and finding that we had a dead possum in the attic. He checked the attic and removed all traces of the animal.  He was a delight to deal with and was thoroughly professional. Because of the rain he was unable to do a complete house inspection but has that scheduled for next week. I wish that all the folks with whom we deal were as competent and professional. This is a man to recommend to your neighbors.

Great!  At first it seemed like a lot of money to pay but looking around at other solutions this seemed to be the way to go.  Super nice technicians - very efficient in how they explained what they had found and my options - very efficient in the work they performed.  I would use them again (although I hope I don't have too :-)).  I would use them again in a heartbeat.
