This allowed me to be able to put my dogs up before he arrived. Once here, he notified me and started the treatment. He was quick, efficient, and courteous. Born and raised in Bryan Texas, owner Lance White (Associate Certified Entemologist), has deep roots in Bryan/College Station area. Along with his wife and co-owner, Julie, the White family launched Backyard Comfort and Pest Control in December 2007. My straightforward, less-than-20-minute fix was quoted at over $600 to snake. This is an outrageous markup for such a basic job. As a former small business owner, I find these tactics troubling. This is a textbook example of bait-and-switch advertising — grabbing attention with a low price, then upselling with inflated charges once the customer is committed. Practices like this harm consumers and tarnish the reputation of the many honest, hardworking service providers in our community. Shame on you, John Moore Services. My strong recommendation: Do Not Use."

He was thoroughly knowledgeable and very kind and personable. He eased a lot of concerns and then sent over a 13 page report with photos and directions. It was amazing and totally worth the money for peace of mind Amin this whole process. I will be using their services a few more times for this and Ronnie laid out the next phase and who would be doing what. Overall, it was really great. Highly recommend!"

The only thing they are not super effective with is spiders and they explained this has a lot to do with how spiders work. Basically, since pests with poison don't get inside, spiders who live inside won't get access to the toxin. But otherwise, I like them, their ability and willingness to answer questions, and their reliability. They're are slightly more than the folks who come around advertising services, but I trust them so I stick with them. Been with them for nearly 3 years."
