Kevin Orr was fantastic. We had additional work done based on his knowledge, responsiveness, speed, and competence (he fixed one toilet, replaced parts on a bathtub, and fixed a bathroom sink, and then installed a new garbage disposal.

Matt Russel was informative and upfront about any possible issues that might result from the outdoor faucet repairs. He was knowledgeable and fast working and didn't leave any mess behind. He was friendly, and the faucets were difficult but he handled them like a pro and set up so any future breaks wouldn't be as serious a problem in the future.
