"Mr. Morgan showed up and used tools to narrow where the leak was. As a first time home owner, and first time having plumbing issues. He took the time to explain the processes to fix the leak, and answer all my questions. He showed up on time to complete the project."

"Installed Lowe's cabinets: 5 wall cabinets, 3 base cabinets and 2 tall pantry cabinets. Redesigned existing soffit to make smaller and to flush with the front of the wall cabinets. Made existing kitchen opening 3 times bigger. Installed marble back splash, porcelain tile under base cabinets, appliances, rewire electrical for recessed lights and wall plugs. Smooth ceiling and wall finish. Redid sink plumbing. Each morning Alex would prep work area by covering floor and each afternoon clean work area. Very respectful and easy to work with."

"Acevedo did an excellent job overall. He was quick to respond to my messages and was very professional throughout the repairs. Not only did he fix my broken pipe quickly and effectively but on my request also went over and fixed my friend's broken pipe when no other plumbers seemed to be readily available during the deep freeze in Feb. I've already recommended him to others and he will be my first choice for any future plumbing work."

"Very legalistic. Way too expensive for 3 hrs work. Better read that workorder carefully not that you can understand what it says though as it's abreviated and cryptic. I needed joints moved etc. sweated as I orginally explained. That wasn't in the bid as it turns out. Not like $850 wasn't enough for 2 hrs work to install the tub and walk away on what I really needed done. At that point my spout was sitting where I'd have to cut INTO the tub to poke it through??? . Tells me to buy whatever brand I want then want then adds an valve installation charge. So another $175 to get what I originally wanted. I had told him I was concerned about it being properly leveled. He said it was yet admitted his level wasn't working properly? Okay? So now I'm waiting for him to come back because the valve is not mounted out far enough. Per the workorder I got a tub install, CPE lift & turn, & a lift turn with overflow??? I have no idea what that is yet in the end this guy shows me the workorder as evidence I owe more money. If one is going to be very legalistic regarding what's written on a workorder then the workorder should be written describing all work to be performed for the CUSTOMER in detail!!! Not a half dozen cryptic words and acronyms of which the customer has not idea of their meaning. I'm highly disappointed in the manner in which this company does business."

"

Our Tech was Glenn, He called before coming and he arrived on time. He was very polite, professional and friendly. He went to work quickly

We have had slow drain in the kitchen sink since we move here 4yrs ago. Sink would back up and go into dishwasher. We could not run water in kitchen sink while the dishwasher was running without drains backing up. The Plumber came in undid the pipes under the sink and ran a plumbing snake through the pipes until he dislodged what ever had been causing the stoppage for all these years, reconnected all the pipes and did all this without causing a mess! Afterwards he checked to be sure all the pipes drained well. Removed his equipment and was gone in less than 30 min!! It was wonderful! The pipes never drained so well..

It is awesome to not have to worry about washing dishes and  not fearing another mess.

Sink Installation questions, answered by experts

Porcelain and enamel sinks have very similar appearances, but they aren’t the same. Porcelain is a ceramic made from natural clay, while enamel is a strong powder that’s glazed over a metal sink. Use a magnet to determine whether you have an enamel or porcelain sink. If a strong magnet sticks to the sink, it’s likely enamel. If it doesn’t, you probably have a porcelain sink. You can also use the model number on the sink (often found on the underside of the bowl) or information from the manufacturer to determine the material.

Try to tighten the clevis crew and adjust the lift rod if your sink stopper won’t stay up. Sometimes your screws became too loose over time, and as a result, there wasn’t enough resistance to keep the sink stopper up. If a damaged lift rod is the cause of the problem, you will need to replace it with a new rod.

No, they have multiple designs. Choosing a bathroom fixture will depend in large part on the current configuration you have. You will want to pick a model that matches the faucet holes currently in your sink, countertop, or wall. If you want to make a complete changeover, you may need to buy and install a new vanity and sink at the same time you purchase your faucet.

Installation typically takes 1-3 days, while repairs can be completed in a few hours to a day.

Yes, you can fit a vanity unit to an existing sink, especially if you plan to custom-build the vanity. With a prefabricated vanity, you’ll likely need to make a few adjustments. It depends on the type of sink, the size of the sink, and the existing plumbing. If you plan to retrofit a sink into a prefabricated vanity, make sure you take precise measurements and that your sink is compatible with the vanity you select. Prefabricated units have a precut sink hole, so you’ll need the size to match your sink.
