Awesomely.

2 workers came and took out the old toilet and while I was painting the wall behind the toilet they went upstairs and installed the new bath tub faucet and shower head.. After installed the new fixtures they came back downstairs and installed the new toilet.
They did a fantastic job and were professional, and cleaned up well and took the old toilet.

They are really nice to work with and responsive, they do have thier moments where they are super busy but in my mind worth the wait for honesty and price.

These folks were the best, and so patient and helpful. I live in a mobile home and my water heater had begun leaking and ruined the pressed wood floor in the water heater closet. He came out, gave me an estimate which was MUCH less than I was expecting. He took the old water heater out, then waited a few days while I removed the old floor, installed support studs between the floor joists and laid down a new floor board. Once I had that done, I called them and they were out the next day with the new water heater. At my request, he also installed a drain pan under the water heater, and piped the drain to the outside in case this one springs a leak at some point. Their patience with me was appreciated when they were calling me to let me know when he arrived at my house (I'm a day sleeper) and I insisted I didn't get any calls, Then while he was installing the water heater I checked my cell and found the ringer volume had somehow been lowered to the minimum volume so even though they were calling, the ring was so low I never heardit. I had even assigned a special ringtone to their numbers so I would know when they were calling.
I felt bad then for making them go through all they did in their attempts to reach me. Stephen (my plumber) was always polite and friendly and they stuck to the estimate, the exact amount he quoted.
I guarantee if I ever need a plumber, or if anyone asks me who to call, these are the folks that will get my recommendation. It was more like dealing with friends than strangers.

From start to finish it could not have been better. Emailed them for rough estimate on Friday. Got a response within hours. Gave them a call on Saturday for a free estimate which was set up for today(Monday). Gave me the estimate this morning and performed the work a few hours later. Took approx 3 hours. Much more reasonable prices then other companies that I got an estimate on on here.

W3M Plumbing did a very good job. He found the leak in the gas line for me and was able to patch it effectively.

Person was very easy to deal with, very respectful of me and my house. Did a fine job and did it quickly. Responded to my call quickly and got an appointment easily. He had no problem with me already having purchased a disposal and his just putting it in.

They are very honest and reliable. The price was very reasonable compared to the other people we called. They have a lot of out of town jobs, so they will tell you if they can't get to it right away. They are very open about that, and they will let you know when they can get to it.

I discovered on a Saturday morning that my hot water heater had a small leak. I started searching Angie's List for a plumber I could call on Monday because I was not paying extra since it was not an emergency at the time. I found Brandon and noticed his hours listed Saturday as a regular work day. So I gave it a chance even though I was thinking this has to be a typo. When I reached Brandon I explained what I needed and he responded even though it was a typo he was happy to assist me. On his day off he spent 20 minutes answering my questins and then set a date to do the work. My husband also called him to ask all the questins I forgot and ask him to install the kitchen faucet. Brandon showed up on time and quietly went to work. He did an excellant job and came in under the estimate. Brandon was a true professional and I will hire him again.

Brandon arrived on time and explained what he was going to do and why he was installing a different type of valve. He answered any questions we had. After he left, we noticed that one of the valves was still leaking. Called Brandon to tell him about it and he returned later in the day to replace it at no extra charge. We had a couple of questions about possible other plumbing jobs and he answered all our questions about those too.

Went great! Brandon came over to look at the job in the morning. He was leaving for a job in Longview and it would've taken longer for him to do my job than the time he had left before leaving. So he got his brother to come over and do the job for the same price that he'd quoted me. His brother's name is Brad and they both learned with and have worked with their dad who is also a plumber. If the sons are any indication, I'm guessing all 3 of them are solid guys. Very nice, very professional, and don't seem like the kind of people who would be interested in taking advantage of customers who don't know a whole lot about plumbing.

The work was done quickly, efficiently, and cost less than his estimate. We definitely recommend this company and will use this company again whenever we need plumbing work done.

We recently upgraded our kitchen by installing new granite countertops and a sink. The granite contractors were not licensed plumbers so hired Brandon to do the faucet, garbage disposar and cooktop connections. He was ready to come next day of countertop installation which was good as we could not use the sink yet after new sink was placed by the countertop contractors. Brandon was on time and immediately started working on a new tiolet while i was getting a new disposar which we believed was a good time to replace. He did a good job with toilet and then moved to faucet installation in about couple of hours. The work was good and our kitchen was functional now. He was very professional in his work and would hire him again in future. He was also willing to accomodate my neighbour who also had the faucet repair work pending after granite installation.

Overall the whole experience was excellent. Punctual, knowledgeable, polite and professional.

Brandon came out to unplug my shower drain, and looked at the the waterline job for me, quoted me the next day, installed a couple of days later by himself. What a great job, the most honest plumber you will ever find!

After moving into our new (1960) home, the 30 year old water heater decided to leak. I called our home warranty service and got an outrageous quote that included having the heater replaced AND for all of the code upgrades that were necessary. I decided to call Brandon after reviewing his reports on Angie's List. He was prompt and his quote was almost HALF the price of the plumber that represented the warranty company. He did an impeccable job and both the City Inspector AND the gas company complimented his work. He was very professional, on time, responsive and did an excellent job. I will definitely be using him again.

Great!! He was five minutes early. He worked for a good hour + then had to go buy a part he didn't have. He couldn't get the part he needed that day and said he would come back the next day. He returned as promised and completed the work. He was a very nice young man. I believe his name is Brandon. The name of the company is now "W3M Plumbing". We have a few more plumbing issues and will definitely use him in the future. It's nice to see you can still get good value for a reasonable price. This was my first time using Angie's List and the membership has already paid for itself.

Asked for a quote on the telephone - came to look at the proper conditions for installing the tankless water heater. While he was there I asked for a quote on new faucet installations. I asked him to please send me a written quote via e-mail -which he did. Later called him for scheduling - which was two weeks. Brandon called when he was running late. I appreciated that since I work. Overall -he is very polite, respectful and very very reasonable in his prices. He will be my plumber in the future.

Brandon is terrific! Everyone should use him because he accurately assesses the problem, repairs in the problem, and does not add a lot of extra expense. He also put on a showerhead for me. He checked his work and had me check it to be sure I was satisfied. He went on the roof to do the yearly cleanout of roots that my older house requires to keep the washing machine draining w/o overflow. I had been putting off these repairs because I was afraid of being stuck with a high bill that I really couldn't afford. Now, I wish I acted earlier. Brandon is a very nice and ethical fellow. His prices are reasonable, he is courteous, and even leaves his shoes by the front door. Additionally, there was no mess to clean up. I will certainly keep him at the top of my list!!!

This young man was very conscientious and thorough and his fees are among the most reasonable we have ever encountered. We have used plumbers in the past who have charged twice as much, for much less work and his work was just as good. He has just become our new family plumber! He also did similar work at my daughter-in-law's house with the same success and he is now her plumber!
