Through research I learned that it is most likely a foundation issue, especially in the area I live in. After having disastrous experiences with "cheap" contractors hired for other jobs, I was in no mood to take my chances so I invited two companies with best reviews to give me an estimate. Guess what, after reading that Pinnacle is a 3 generation foundation repair company and $8000 less expensive, the decision was easy. My house had sunk by 3.2 inches on one side and 2.2 inches on the other side. Everyone I interacted with at Pinnacle did an excellent job at what their function was. From the nice ladies on the phone to the workers who actually did the work, everyone was superb. I would like to give a special recognition to the following three because I had the most interaction with them: Nate – evaluator - very knowledgeable and did an excellent job doing the initial measurements and presented a professional report Crew Chief – Jairo - supervised the crew while doing the work himself Supervisor that lifted – Agustin - made sure that the house was lifted to the exact requirements After the job was done, a plumber came by to make sure there there were no leaks due to broken pipes and then a third part evaluator came to make certify that the house was raised to the proper levels. Finally, I received warranty documents from Pinnacle after the final certification was done. Overall, a great experience and would highly recommend."

"Outstanding !!! We had Ivan and his crews remove an old sun room / repair the damaged eave / repaint to match existing / re-roof the entire house / add guttering. He was very prompt and attentive. The work was done on schedule as proposed. We were kept informed thru every phase of the project !!! ( not as common as you would think ) All done and cleaned up in 5 days start to finish !!! "There was rain delays, but they doubled up and did a great job. Despit bushs and concrete in the way, they dug holes fast and leveled the house without incident. The teams are very skilled in what they do. Accurate staff was easy to work with."

"We had G.L. Hunt come out to assess our pier and beam foundation after noticing a crack in the garage. They were the second company to come out and the second company to say that the foundation had not failed. There was however a lack of drainage around the foundation. It is an older home (1950's) and did not have any drainage around the foundation and no gutters. The house sits on a street that slopes. We scheduled G.L. Hunt to install drainage to help move water away from the foundation and have gutters installed. The work crew arrived at the scheduled date and time and worked diligently over 2 days to install a french drainage system. Gutters were installed the following week and connected to the system. The workers were neat and used the soil displaced by the drains to level an area in the backyard."
