This is a very honest company and they will work until the customer is happy, even on weekends. I had a very tight timeline for my project (3 weeks total) for 2 complete bathroom demo’s and remodels, kitchen cabinet refacing, and closet build outs. The job was 80% done in 3 weeks and I was able to move in while they finished the rest. Very moderately priced as well. I will definitely use them for another project and would recommend them, especially for full bathroom remodels."

"My foundation work involved both outside and inside piers. Inside there were jackhammers, lifting with bottle jacks, welding, and concrete work. The mess was kept to a minimum. Accurate used steel piers to reach bedrock. Concrete piers would not, a real selling feature. Just finished a few days ago, but overall the house is much better."

"04-02-2025: Olshan was very expert from the beginning to completion. Including initial evaluation, navigating choices, quoting, scheduling, implementation, post measurement & cleanup. Tunneling is chosen over concrete break out in the living spaces: this choice worked out well with these considerations: no upset / moving (or move out), no storage rental, customer time & labor needed. For this 1977 3-2-2, discovery is made in both the sewer & water lines: the 50 YO cast iron pipes failed a pressure test & tunneling reveals pinholes in the hot & cold water lines. Partnered w/ Olshan was KMP Plumbing, all of which were successful in leveling the foundation, replacing sewer & water lines.
