"Weâ d like to say the categories of this is not Fair to Texas Green Lead in regard to our project! We got several quotes or attempted to. This project was HUGE, we asked Gerardo to pour a driveway, build a shop pad with a massive retaining wall, erect a 30x50 metal shop, add a 22x20â patio extension extending the existing roof line. Gerardo performed phenominally! Our project took several months but from the start communication has been excellent! All concernâ s big or small was addressed. My Wife and I were hesitant at the beginning of our project but we can assure you, GERARDO and Texas Green Leaf are your top choice! From prepping, pouring and finishing the concrete work, erecting and welding the shop to building our patio extension along with the finish work. Our investment was in great hands! He didn?t talk down to me, he took my questions seriously, and he answered my questions even though they were weird. He could tell that my husband and I were a bit at odds about this project and he was sensitive to that. I believe he said he has been doing work like this for 15 years. He gave me pointers about me how I could cut down on the expense; we could do some of the work and they would do as little or as much as we asked.
