Me and my wife hired modern build solutions for a foundation repair, we live in university park our house was pretty uneven they installed 45 piers and the house feels like much better. After showing their skills We have decided to give them a bigger project to remodel our 2 bathroom, replace all flooring and baseboards. they did everything they promise the outcome results much much better than what we even imagined and their service was 10 out of 10! I will highly recommend them to anyone that want to do small project or major project.

My wife and I just finished a whole home remodel with Modern Build Solutions and it turned out perfect!!! We did kitchen, bathroom, floors, and even added a new pantry closet for extra storage. We live in a condo with strict rules regarding insurance, work times, elevators, etc. and Modern build solutions had no trouble navigating all of that. All I have to say we are very impressed by the professionalism, attention to details and the most important beautiful results. I want to especially mention that our project managers Simon and Shahar, was great to work with. They gave us timely updates and quickly took care of any issues that came up. I would absolutely use MBS again for any future work.

What can I say these guys did an incredible job!! We bought a brand new home and the builder did a normal bathroom no tub in our master bath. Modern build solutions knocked it out they installed new tile stand alone tub and a frameless shower wow wow wow. Even after paying them The projects managers made sure the crew came back for some minor touch up and did a great job thanks guys!!!

Recently bought a house with some remodeling needs. We had 2 bathrooms redone, living room fireplace, kitchen remodeled, stair case updated, and extensive painting. Simon and Shahar were very responsive during the project from submitting the estimate until all the work was done. We wanted the work done on a tight timeline. Modern build solutions and their team delivered a great final product ahead of our expectations. Their crews are friendly, professional, and skilled at what they do. Simon and Shahar were very involved and personally oversaw the progress. They even kept an eye on our house while we were out of town over the holidays. We will be returning customers!

We just had our patio enclosure and concrete patio we are so happy with it. The quality of this product is very good.The installation crew they are great! All 3 were nice and friendly, they did a phenomenal job from start to finish! And when they left, it was like they were never here. they did that good on the clean up. Highly recommend!
