He didn?t talk down to me, he took my questions seriously, and he answered my questions even though they were weird. He could tell that my husband and I were a bit at odds about this project and he was sensitive to that. I believe he said he has been doing work like this for 15 years. He gave me pointers about me how I could cut down on the expense; we could do some of the work and they would do as little or as much as we asked.
