"Outstanding !!! We had Ivan and his crews remove an old sun room / repair the damaged eave / repaint to match existing / re-roof the entire house / add guttering. He was very prompt and attentive. The work was done on schedule as proposed. We were kept informed thru every phase of the project !!! ( not as common as you would think ) All done and cleaned up in 5 days start to finish !!! This project was HUGE, we asked Gerardo to pour a driveway, build a shop pad with a massive retaining wall, erect a 30x50 metal shop, add a 22x20â patio extension extending the existing roof line.
