"Outstanding !!! We had Ivan and his crews remove an old sun room / repair the damaged eave / repaint to match existing / re-roof the entire house / add guttering. He was very prompt and attentive. This project was HUGE, we asked Gerardo to pour a driveway, build a shop pad with a massive retaining wall, erect a 30x50 metal shop, add a 22x20â patio extension extending the existing roof line.
