"It went very well. I had a tub that was in very bad shape. Carlos showed up on time and fixed all of the damage and did a great job resurfacing. It took a long time, but it was a pretty big mess. I could not believe how beautiful it looked. I'm very happy with the outcome and would definitely use them again if the need arises."

We contacted several plumbers who simply put us on a list. P&P Plumbing, however, was able to come the next day. The team, headed by Jonathan, was totally professional and were quickly able to locate and repair the burst water line. In addition, they removed the original foam insulation around the pipe and installed thicker, better insulation. Finally, they billed us their standard, reasonable rate, whereas some plumbers were charging outrageous sums because of the emergency during the extreme cold spell. "My mom had problems with her bathroom plumbing. He told her it would cost $48,000 to re-do her bathroom pipes. He would have to dig up pipes from garage to bathroom because all the pipes was damaged. My mom is a elderly person and don't have that kind of money. We immediately knew my mom could not stay in house. Move my mom to my house until we could figure out what we could do. After a couple of weeks we decided to get a second opinion and glad we did. The new plumber did the same as Benjamin Franklin tech but the results was different. He figured out there was a shirt in the line and didn't need all the work your company said it did. How did we go from $48,000 to $1,200. Your tech should be a shame of his self. His wrong assessment put me and family in a bad place not knowing how we was going to pay for this. I hope Karma gets you back on how he upset my mom. What goes around comes around. It might not be this but it will be something. I might get my story to everyone but I will get it to some."

Of the two most common and affordable bathtub materials, acrylic is notably better. Though fiberglass is cheaper, it is also more prone to scratching, chipping, fading, and cracking. They are usually custom-fit and cost more than reglazing yet don’t last as long.
