It went great! New AC, repaired electrical, and plumbing. Replaced 2 bathrooms, new vanity, sinks, fixtures, toilets and refinished the porcelain tubs. Installed all new kitchen including cabinets, counter tops, and appliances. All new flooring throughout. Repaired/replaced siding to exterior and repainted entire exterior, repaired roof, re-plastered all walls and ceilings and then painted entire interior. All new lighting fixtures. Basically the only thing we kept in place were the walls, windows and roof. Brett (Owner) and Cody (Project Manager) were easy to contact and always responsive. Any issues were resolved immediately and I have several other projects on our farm I plan on asking them to help me with.

Super easy, from beginning to end.

We have a house located in an airplane hangar. We had several windows that were installed when first built that leaked. Was not a problem cause it leaked on the cement in the hangar and we just put a bucket there. Until, we decided to add a extra room and now the leaked had to be fixed.
This is no ordinary replacement of windows. It required skill and experience and was a real challege to replace windows in a corregated r-panel building, not to mention, 15 feet up. I called Brett for an estimate and he came out and spent time talking about my options and was I impressed with his knowledge and work ethic. He told me his partner, Cody,worked for a window company for 22 years and he was very quailified to do the work.
He was right. After we received the estimate, he ordered the windows. We set up a time for the install, once the windows arrived and a crew of 4 showed up and began the removal of the windows. Two were removed and replaced. Cody showed me what was causing the leak and showed me how he was planning on re-installing them, together with his written diagrams. I appreciated that. The other two windows were the ones 15 feet up, which were tackled on a separate day. Course with any construction project it always takes longer than you think and only one window was completed. Another day the other.
Once leaked checked the two top windows did not leak but the two bottom ones did. They ordered additional pieces to remedy the problem. Cody explained what was happening and once he installed the pieces and recaulked the problem was fixed. NO LEAKS!
Theses guys think outside the box. Cody is a problem-solver and the whole crew takes pride in their work and they stand behind it. They were very professional, knowledgable and trustworthy and I would recommend them for any project. Just a note this company is a remoldling company not a window company, which tells me they can do anything. Thanks guys!

They were absolutely great. They did a fantastic job. I will not use anyone else but them for any construction work. I spent around $20000 on that work. They had to take off the little bit of roofing that was on the house and had to completely build the roof and do wiring and everything. No one can tell it is an add-on. They are honest and back up their work.

They stand behind everything they do. It is such quality, 1st class work. They are very careful in your home and really respect your property.
