Best Buy Walk in Tubs are true professionals. They were forthright on pricing, did not use high pressure sales tactics, very relaxed and informative presentation. Loved being able to see all the tubs and options at their showroom in Granbury, TX. We purchased their top of the line Walk-In Tub which had all the features we wanted. The installation crew was knowledgeable, prompt, courteous and neat. They answered all questions we had and made sure we understood tub care and operation. The tub is WONDERFUL! Best investment we have made for comfort and relaxation; I know we will enjoy it for years to come. It has already improved our quality of life. I highly recommend this company, they are simply the best!

The service turned out really well. They did an okay job with the installation. My only complaint is that it takes a really long time to fill up the bathtub. I have used the tub 3 times. Two technicians came out and completed the job in 1 day. I have no complaints on them. They scheduled the service for me.

They did an excellent job. The pricing was thousands less than their competition. Two technicians came out for the installation and completed the job in 2 days. They were very professional and did a quality job. I did a lot of research before going with this company and they offered the best service. It was very easy to schedule their service.

They did an awesome job. They had excellent pricing for all that they did and the best estimate out of all the other companies I contacted. The owner came out for the initial visit for measurements and an estimate. Two other technicians came out with the owner for the installation and completed the job in 1 day. They were all very polite, cordial and professional. They were very knowledgeable and skilled workers. They dressed professionally and were very friendly. It was very easy to schedule there service and their schedule was fairly open. I have recommend the company to several others. It has been a long time since I have use a company I have been so pleased with. They were very responsive and always answered my calls.

The project was agreed upon in June, 2013 and completed in July, 2013. Installers arrived as scheduled, were courteous, installed the tub in a professional manner and cleaned up the work area before leaving. The tub (and shower) worked 'as advertised'. Approximately 1 year later the faucet malfunctioned. I called and spoke with either Donna or Lindsey who immediately scheduled a time for a replacement faucet to be installed. The installer arrived as scheduled and the faucet was replaced at no additional cost (since it was under warranty). It's a joy to work with a product and service provider who delivers on their promises. The quality of the tub, motor and accessory items are of good quality. We feel like we received good value for our investment.

It was excellent. I had no problems whatsoever. They cleaned up after themselves and finished on time. It's a reasonable pricing. In fact, probably out of the top five that I checked, they came in the fourth lowest on pricing. There was one that beat them on pricing but I didn't like their attitude on the phone so I didn't go with them. They did everything perfectly. They even did even an extra that I didn't even ask them to do, so I was very pleased with them.

The walk in tub is beautiful. I enjoy the way the
water and air jets massage and soothe muscles and relieve aches and pains.
The steam from the bubbling water relieves sinus congestion.
And most of all, it is fun to use. Donna was very helpful. She guided me towards the tub that best fit my needs. She responded quickly to all of my questions. They shipped my tub promptly and recommended someone in my area of California to install it.
I can understand why they received an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau. They have had no complaints. I looked into a number of tub companies. Some were much more expensive. None of the other companies were able to match Best Buy's quality, price, and service.
I am very pleased with this company and would not hesitate to use them again.

The walk-in tub turned out to be much nicer than I'd anticipated - all I'd seen was a picture in the Best Buy Walk-in Tub brochures. I bought the Classic which has served my 6'2" height and 261# weight really well. The salesman was very nice and I was pleasantly surprised the quote was several thousand less than the "big" company I'd gotten a price from earlier in May. The other company rather down played Best Buy Tubs as being a Mom and Pop group..... Yes, they are and I think I know all the family before it was all over as several work in the business.Taking out the walk-in shower was really noisy, not to mention the cutting for the new door. If I'd been in better health, think I'd have left during the work days. They seemed to know what they were doing so I was pleased with the result.I did keep two large grab bars from my walk-in shower, which they installed and worked best for me due to my height. The installer and the owner's son who was the foreman of the job was very helpful in whatever I needed to have done to make it right for me.
