Hired this company to change 2 window glasses. Mr. Troy is very friendly and professional. The job was well done within couple of hours. I would highly recommend to hire him.

They were prompt. No pressure. Glass panes were ready to install after couple business days. Replacing glass rather than the whole window is great economical option. Wish i knew about it sooner. I am waiting on estimate for additional windows pane replacement

Troy provided great communication and excellent customer service, all at a reasonable price. He did ask for half the cost up front (OK with that), but if you if have a large multi-window project, be aware. Fast turnaround, and he was very flexible with meeting our erratic schedule. The next time we need window work done, we plan to use T & K again.

My wife and I needed 2 new windows, we paid him half upfront on February 19th, which now we are regretting. March 25th was supposed to be install day, but Troy stated that the window people made wrong windows, and then a few days later they made the wrong windows again. We have since asked for our $ back, and he said he could get windows faster than before. Now he has ghosted us and will not respond.

Troy was very professional and very polite and kind. He went over and beyond to ensure the work was done correctly. He also took time to explain the work details. Thank you Troy for caring about people. You made sure the area was safe even before you took the job. We appreciate you very much.
