"How strange that you would post this "review" 3 years after the job was completed. Especially when you liked us and our tech well enough to become Ben Society members, and have not called us once concerning any warranty issues on the work we did for you. If you have a concern or a question please call us. We always present the cost of the repair BEFORE starting any work, as was done for you, and you approved it. In fact, you approved it once by your initials before the work was started, once by your signature before the work was started, and once by signature after the work was completed, viewed by you, and approved by you. Then you paid us. Not once did you mention any issue with the work, the price, our tech, or anything else. In the years between then and now, you have never called in for any issue related to the work we did. In short, we came out, looked at your situation, presented you options that included the price, you chose the option you wanted at the price you agreed to before the job was started, and then said we did a great job when we were done, as indicated by your signature & payment. I am not sure why you rated us so low, nor why you waited 3 years to post a "review", but if you would like to call into the office, we would love to talk with you regarding any issue you may have. Until then, have a blessed and wonderful day!"

"Thank you for a great review! We appreciate you!"
"We try really hard to never have reviews like this regarding pricing concerns. That is why we always present options that includes prices BEFORE we start any repair. We let you choose the option and price that best fits your needs. Once you choose the option for repair that you want, and agree to the price that is included in those options, we have you initial the work up. Then we write everything down on a service report, which includes the full scope of work and the price for the repair (the same as on the option sheet you initial), and have you sign it in order for us to begin the repair. After we are complete, we have you view and approve the work we have done, sign again that you do, and then pay us for the service. All this was done for you, the pricing was given up front and approved by you before the work was started, and you also agreed by signature to the work to be done and the price you would be charged, then you approved the work we did & paid us. Yet you rate us low in pricing? As for how long it took, we do not charge by part & labor. We are a flat rate pricing plumber - we charge by the job, not the hour, and this was also told to you upfront, on your call in as a matter of fact, and is the reason we do a thorough exam THEN present prices and options. If you would like to call us, we would love to speak with you about any concern you have, and you can call at any time. Thank you for your review!"
"After we spoke with you regarding your assessment of our service, you told us that you did not believe our diagnosis to be correct. When we followed up with you, it was determined that the other plumber you called out told you the same thing we did, but had a lower price. However, they also had a warranty that was nowhere near as good or long as ours, and in the absence of value all that remains is price. I am sorry that professional work, done by a plumbing professional, with an outstanding warranty has no value to you, and I hope you are happy with your cheaper repair. Just remember, you get what you pay for."
"You called us out, we came as promised, and on time. The water damage you had was extensive enough that we recommended a tile man & an abatement company to come out before the proper diagnosis and repair could be made. When you had insurance questions, we sent another tech who was able to diagnose the cause of the problem, and you declined the repair. The only charge to you was for one service fee to cover the after hours emergency call. How is it fair to rate us like this when the facts do not support your assertions? Please call in to the office if you have any questions, and we will be happy to discuss the matter in person with you. Until then, I hope you have a wonderful & blessed day!"
"I looked at the call you set up with us, and then went back and confirmed from your original call in recording, that what you actually called us out for, in order, was: 1) clogged toilet from your grandson using to much toilet paper, 2) a second toilet that was running a little too long, and 3) the tub drain was slow. what we found when we arrived was that the whole house was stopped up. After restoring flow by running your main line we discovered that the cast iron pipe is bad and cannot be repaired. It also had several bellies in the line. This is the main cause for your issue, and you declined repair. The toilets are old and in poor flushing shape, and you declined repair. The drain for the tub we actually declined to look at because your son had taken it apart and made a mess of it. We did not create the bellies in your line, and they will not go away on their own. Any professional plumber will tell you that. Cast iron pipe in the ground has a finite life, and yours is well past the end of it's usefulness. Any professional plumber will tell you that. We offered to repair the issues professionally, by a professional plumber, for a fair price, with the best warranty around. You declined. What more could we have done? I do not think you assessment was very fair. Please call in to the office if you would like to discuss this further. Thank you!"
