"Last October, my sister, an elderly veteran living alone, contracted Genie Bath Systems to remodel her master and guest baths. She was diagnosed cancer and passed before the remodel was complete. Which, to be fair as we were not able to work with Genie while attending to my sister. The contract was expensive. Very expensive. The cost of the remodel is close to 1/4th the value of her home. I noticed there were issues with the remodel that showed a surprising lack of attention to detail. Genie sent people to address the issues twice. Yet issues remain. My calls to my contact at Genie are now being ignored. Also, the only document I have for the remodel is the contract my sister signed. It is not detailed. I have and continue to ask for a breakdown of the cost. An estimate or work order. This request is also being ignored. I am disappointed and have to wonder why Genie will not provide this information. I have several other questions for Genie that I will not go into here. But based on my experience, I cannot recommend Genie. In fact I would warn anyone considering Genie to be very careful about the cost of the contract."

They were never on time, they were messy and they lacked serious attention to detail. Ben presented himself as the owner/foreman yet he rarely came to supervise the job. When I presented him with the discrepancies he didn't want to hear it. He basically told me that I was getting what I paid for. I ended up having to hire another contractor to redo the shower floor because it was so poorly done. I filed my complaint with the Better Business Bureau. The complaint is now part of All Access Renovation Inc's business profile. I will now have to go through small claims court to try to recoup my losses. I find it hard to believe that all of the other reviews rated them a 5-star company. Beware."
