Matt and roger did an amazing job! They were very thorough with explaining their plans and details. Once they finished demo, they resolved a prior plumbing issue i had. They turned my old bathtub into a beautiful walk in shower in 2 days… 2 DAYS! Would definitely recommend them and rebath. Thanks for everything

Not good, with all the patch jobs I have lost confidence in the quality of work. Findings after installation: - baseboard sloppy mend - side panel not secured to the wall (weight of glass door pulled it further off the wall) - hot water and cold water swapped - black specs on glass We did a partial install refreshing the shower in our master bathroom and have had multiple issues. The issues have been addressed but for the amount of money spent, the install quality should have been better. Some of these were an easy fix, but an inconvenience for us to constantly address issue after issue. They sent multiple technicians and the issues had to be re-addressed again and again. The technician said these can be common findings and give a call if there are further repairs needed. We went with Re Bath because it was a one-stop-shop. The install was many different crews. For us, we had plumbing, electrician, glass specialty, install of the shower panels plus the many repair appointments that followed. On a positive note, the shower (after repairs) looked a lot better than our builder-grade shower. We didn't have any out-of-pocket fees for the repairs with the shower being less than 6 months since initial installation. Although I don't have grout to clean pink mold does build up in between the cracks where grout would have been. Strong chemicals are not recommended for cleaning due to the material. This week I noticed the top of the shower is separating from the ceiling. Customer service has been contacted but disappointed to find something else to fix. Product material is good +1 Price for experience is poor -1 Installation -1 Quality check -1 Tech experience -1 UPDATE: With the last repair, things went smoothly. Re-Bath fixed the issue with a positive attitude. The repairs were checked and doubled checked to customer satisfaction. I really wanted that excellent experience that so many of their customers rave about which is why we hired this company for the shower refresh. The fact that they are willing to fess up to mistakes and correct them without excuses or red tape is what we needed. At the end of the day, the journey was tough, but we are happy with the product and the repairs done. We had Rebath do a complete bathroom remodel, floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall and we absolutely love it! I can't believe it's the same space.They did a tub to shower conversion and even installed a barn door. Alan and Brian were instrumental in helping us bring our vision to life. They ensured we had quality products with a modern look. Dustin made sure the design made sense with the space. Cesar did a fantastic job with the construction. His attention to detail was on point. He and Duane were very responsive to my questions. Duane proactively kept us informed throughout the project. They finished the project in the estimated time. I'm very appreciative of the positive experience we had with Rebath.

The entire process of the remodel from initial design to complete finish was handled with high professionalism. Once we decided to move forward they set up a follow-up meeting to confirm final measurements as well as the work that was going to be completed. At that time they informed us that it would be a couple weeks until the supplies were received but did schedule a tentative start date. Then the next week came and we all had to deal with covid19. The Rebath team called to confirm that we were health and what they were doing to insure that their staff was safe to enter our home. As we had a 5 month old baby in the home at the time, we felt extremely relieved that we would not have to postpone the install. Finally the day of the install came and the installer called to inform us he was leaving the shop and would arrive by 8:30am. He was on time every day of the 5 days that it took to complete the job. Each and every day he explained what he would be working on the next day and more importantly cleaned up after himself, as if he was never there. The installer Duane was by far the hardest working person I have seen in some time. I question if he was even human as he was constantly moving and never took breaks or lunch. More importantly he was done each and every day by 5 allowing us to enjoy our family dinner by 5:30. On the final day Duane made sure to walk through everything that was done and asked if there was anything that we were unhappy with. We did notice a couple of spots where paint needed a second coat, due to my OCD, and he immediately corrected those prior to leaving. We have now had our new bathroom for exactly 1 month and we could not be more happy. I would highly recommend Rebath and if you are lucky enough to have Duane as an installer you know you will have a machine doing the work. Thank you Duane and Rebath for giving us such a wonderful bathroom.

It was excellent. They were very communicative, they let us know each day on what time they will arrive at the morning, they always let us know their schedule, they were very communicative, very respectful, they enclosed themselves with plastic and they cleaned up after themselves.

I highly recommend Re-Bath San Antonio for your bathroom install or upgrade. Dustin Norwood, Chief Production Officer, did a complete walkthrough of the two bathrooms we were upgrading. He covered all the details of the renovation and answered all of the questions addressing several detail changes and modifications on the spot. Awesome! He provided us with weekly updates on the status of the parts ordered and the scheduling of the actual install. Dustin followed the installation throughout the process coordinating changes and parts as the project went along. We felt very comfortable with his positive attitude and professionalism. On the first installation day Larry Ivy, Lead Installer, reviewed the renovation requirements with us. His work site preparation was outstanding. All traffic areas were protected very well! All the flooring was covered and all the furniture and the bed in the adjoining room were completed covered to protect from dust and dirt. Best job site prep I have seen in my home! Ever! Larry's work ethic was outstanding! Worked hard all day! When he did take a break they were short and focused on our install; often staging parts and equipment for the next task during the break! He prepped the work area for the plumbers when they came for their part while continuing his tasks as well. The only time I saw Larry pick up his cell phone was to contact Dustin or coordinate with the plumbers. I could go on, but suffice to say; this was a very professional crew that performed a very professional job. Kudos!
