AAA AUGER has been proudly servicing customers in Texas since 1962. We currently service the Austin, Dallas, Ft. Worth, Houston and San Antonio markets. Guy was her 20 minutes to clear a clogged kitchen drain. He charge me $557.00. That is equivalent to an hourly rate of $1671.00 per hour. I feel totally ripped off and taken advantage of

Excellent. Journeyman plumber Harold W. was able to repair our 25-year old faucets with great skill and determination, and restore functionality in our sink turn-off valves which had frozen in place. His resourcefulness was particularly appreciated because two other plumbers had estimated the job would cost thousands of dollars to go through the wall and buy all new fixtures for the bathroom.

It went really well. Bryan showed up on a Saturday afternoon with no extra charge. He really worked **** ** getting the toilet unplugged. Then he had to reseal the drain cover after he checked on the shower.

They came out to a rental property in the Texas Hill Country in the evening on Thanksgiving. We needed emergency plumbing work done and they could not have been nicer. Eric and Gabriel could not have been nicer or more professional. They were our heroes and now we will always use them. THANK YOU!

Plumber came within several hours of call to central office on a Sunday. Analyzed the situation with my input. Checked possibly affected ceilings and cabinets for any damage. Outlined possible next steps and gave me a quote for initial service which I approved. Replaced supply line to toilet. Put down paper towels to make sure no further leaks. I will wait 24 hours to use toilet and observe for any further leaking at that point. If needed, will call AAA Auger back and go to next step of lifting out toilet bowl and resealing underneath. The plumber was professional and helpful throughout.

The first plumber from another company quoted me 395.00 which seemed a little high so I called AAA to get a quote. The guy Johnny looked at it and said 267.00 to fix it. The part was still under parts warranty so I got a break on that. The plumber was excellent and honest. The dispatcher i think his name was David and he was in touch with me several times today, very helpful. These are outstanding employees that go the extra mile and should be acknowledged.

Overall went well. Sent someone out the morning after Thanksgiving. That plumber was here for about an hour but ultimately became ill and had to leave the job. They sent their next plumber available to our house (took another hour or sfor one to become available). He ended up Clearing out the pipe from a secondary pipe due to the way our kitchen island was plumbed. After all that, 2 plumbers, 2-3 hours on the job, and a more difficult problem than originally anticipated, they still only charged me the amount they initially quoted me. Overall I was pleased.

It all started with Shannon answering the phone and it was the most pleasant and professional voice. Her upbeat positive handling of our needs got the ball rolling for one of the most pleasant experiences we have encountered. Darrell arrived at our house within an hour of calling to schedule and it just got better from there. Darrell diagnosed the problem rather quickly and got right to work. I know plumbers get tired but Darrell had a smile on his face the entire time and that made all the difference in the world. The price was great and ..... shhhhh!!! (I would have paid more just for the positive attitude). Truly a wonderful experience and the topper..... they care about people!. They discounted their service if we gave canned goods for the food bank. This company is a class act and I will use them for all my future plumbing needs.

This kind of review is a pleasure to write. I was changing the filters for the RO filter system in my kitchen when one of the valves broke and my kitchen began to flood. I was hugely frustrated, almost hysterical. AAA Auger was one of the few plumbers readily accessible on a Sunday (others give you an answering machine and let you wait for a response - not optimal when your kitchen is flooding). Someone named Larry dealt with my frustration and histrionics in a sympathetic and professional way. He said someone would be at my house within 15 minutes. Darrell showed up in 12 (think Winston Wolf). Darrell walked me through exactly what the problem was and what need to be done to fix it. He was friendly, courteous and professional. He was in my home for a couple hours and the valves I ended up with are much better than the ones he replaced. Perhaps best of all, I wasn't gouged. It would have been very easy for Darrell to take advantage of my situation (especially in the context of an emergency call on a Sunday), but he did good work at a fair price. I would use AAA Auger again (and recommend them) without the slightest hesitation.

We own an older home and the main drain is located in the bathroom near the toilet. Mr. Chad Parsons from AAA Plumbing was great! We were told that they would be available in an hour but he showed up in 30 minutes after the initial call was made.  He located the problem and immediately unclogged the tub (the culprit) and fixed the cover to the main drain.  He was very professional and knew exactly what to do.  He also gave us advice on how to keep the drains clear. 

I am planning to renovate my bathroom later this year and gut the entire room.  I would like to have this main drain on the side of the house instead of the bathroom floor. I plan on calling AAA Auger to give me an estimate and do the work. 

I would highly recommend AAA Auger Plumbing Services for a job well done especially since all this occurred after 6:00 PM where all other companies are closed and asked me to leave a voice mail message.  Thank you AAA Auger Plumbing Services and thank you Chad Parsons!

AAA Auger sent out Jose, who arrived EARLIER than scheduled (and the dispatcher called to ask if that was OK). Jose stayed 30 mins diagnosing the problem, and even waited 30 mins as he sent me to Home Depot to get a piece that he recommended to brace the electric line to the disposal.
Jose inspected my plumbing and wiring and determined that it was all fine, and diagnosed that I had an electrical issue requiring an electrician. Jose refused to charge me, saying that he didn't do anything, which isn't correct, since he confirmed my installation, plumbing, and wiring! If I had cash I would have handed him SOMETHING for the valuable advise and diagnosis! 
But we have used this outfit a few times before over the years, including for a very big job that involved digging a trench through the concrete driveway and running a new main sewer line. So these guys have made some well deserved money from us over the years, and they are the only plumbers that we will use. What a great experiance. 
My brother has also used them for his pumbing needs, and shares the same experiance: they always have a human answering the phone, and that dispatchers -- Manuel, today (and another guy when I called back to compliement Jose) -- are friendly ,competent, and employ a great system to communicate to the customer when the service pro will arrive.

This was my third time to use AAA Auger.  My plumber this time was Darrell.  He was on time, very nice, professional and knowledgeable.  We talked a bit about the layout of the house and he made note of the location of water lines, area of leak and inspected meter.  Told me what he was going to do and how much the initial cost for identifying the problem would be.  I agreed.  In a short time he had located the problem and then told me how much it would cost to repair.  I was relieved to find it was not more serious.  A second plumber in training, Paul showed up shortly there after and performed the task of fixing leak.  Put soil back in place when finished and left area neat.  I remembered him from a similar problem we had last Christmas Eve.  Nice young man who had been to my house before with another plumber.  Very impressed with this company and their employees.  I will ask for Darrell and Paul in the future...great working with you guys!  Appreciated the repeat customer discount and thank you AAA Auger for having honest employees, reasonable prices and decent response times.

Stephen was our plumber and he did an excellent job.  AAA Auger installed a tankless water heater last year and it needed some adjustments.  Stephen made all corrections, kept me in the loop, contacted master plumbers and tech support whenever he needed advise or confirmation, and made all other repairs on the inspection report.  Since they installed the tankless, all fixes to it were done at no cost and this was the bulk of the repairs/adjustments.  I was very pleased with Stephen's work and would not hesitate to contact AAA Auger for continued service.  I have used AAA Auger since moving to Austin in 2010 and have always been pleased with their work, especially when it's coming out at 11pm to fix an issue at no extra charge.
