"We are sorry that there is some type of issue. We do not show you in our customer records, and from the review it appears that someone else performed the work. I am curious to know exactly what type of work it was and, other than price, what you were so dissatisfied with. While we do not guarantee the lowest of prices, we do strive for satisfaction of the customers that we do work for and would appreciate your input on helping us improve our serve. We can be contacted at 512-746-2415 or by email at [email protected]."

They ran a little late due to taking longer than expected at their prior service call, which was the final plumbing inspection for a newly built home.
I have used Ken Dixon Plumbing several times previously, I am VERY happy with the service that hey provide. They are usually accommodating about getting me into their schedule.
The new water heater was installed without incident.
In addition, I find that the plumbers that have been assigned to our house have all been professional and VERY nice to deal with!!
"We appreciate your continued business and your time in posting a review. Thank you so much."

Repairman was on time and professional. Explained the repair as he was working. Have Dixon Plumbing in the past and have always been very satisfied with their service.
"Thanks so much! We appreciate your business."
