Excellent work Job was completed as requested and on time!

Did a great job, on time, large crew finished my roof in 1 day plus a couple of repairs that needed to be done! Was very satisfied. Manuel Mendez was very good at making sure we were satisfied & happy of the work that was performed.

They did a great job on my Deck and stairs. Also got the job done fast.

Premiere, did a beautiful job on my Drive Way. I would highly recommend them to do my work. As a matter of fact. I'm so pleased with their work that I'm having them build my car port also.

Manuel and his crew worked very hard to remove a camphor tree. The berries had become dangerous to our pets. And I it had grown through the metal fence we were having replaced so you can imagine the issues of getting it and the stump out. Manuel had someone come to grind it out because his chain saws couldn’t cut through the pipe and wires inside the tree and now we have great smelling mulch for the flower beds.

Manuel brought his skidsteer and broke up the patchwork of a patio we had when we moved into this house. It was an awful eyesore and uneven, but Manuel broke it all up and hauled off the debris. He then brought in fill dirt, sod and fertilizer and we are so happy to have a yard now!

This is the second time that we have called Manuel to come remove fences and install a new fence between us and the neighbors. The first time was with the neighbors to the south of us a year or so ago. And this second time was just this past week with the new neighbors to the north of us. Everything went very well and very quickly and cleanup was awesome.

Excellent work on everything in a timely fashion; no money paid until job completed, contractor was on site and working with his crew; Manuel is very considerate about work hours and when it fits your schedule too. I would definitely hire him again.

Great job, very competitive prices, workers polite and well mannered. Very happy with completed results.

Build was exactly what I requested. Manuel was on the job site everyday and answered all my questions. He was available and responsive always. He wrote a contract out and was very professional about the entire process. He refused to accept any payment until the job was completed and I was satisfied. I would definitely hire him again and recommend him to anyone looking for an honest contractor.

Manuel and his brothers did a great job for me. I admit to being hard to please, but they went out of their way to give me exactly what I wanted. I have the best fence I have had in the 30 years I have lived in this house, and I have had three fences by three different contractors.

I've hired Premiere Contractors for several big jobs. They never disappoint. Manuel and his crew replaced my entire roof (in the summer!), and did a great job for a competitive price. All his workers were efficient and cleaned up after each day of work. At another time, Manuel replaced about 100 feet of fence in my backyard, and did a great job with that, too. Treated lumber, straight as an arrow, and way better than the fence that was there before! Before I hired them, I had seen other work by Premiere Contractors in other houses (cabinets, patios, additions, painting) and it's always good quality work. Manuel worked extremely **** ** our jobs, and went out of his way to do it right and to make us happy. Premiere Contractors is now our go-to company for anything we need around our property. Manuel is honest, professional, hard working, and (last but not least) has a great sense of humor. Highly recommend!

I was happy with it. They were fast. I think it took them 4 days in total. Tear the old, take it away and replaced it with new siding.

He did a great job, it looks great I have no complaints. he kept us informed throughout the whole process. He is a good guy.

They did an excellent job I was pleased with the result and very economical.

The roof installation was wrong. The inspector came and pointed out that everything was wrong.

We originally intended to replace only a portion of the deck, but when the floor boards were removed, it became apparent we needed a full replacement. The crew rebuilt the features we liked, such as the lattice work, and made the pergola taller at our request. It looks so much better! They were conscientious and managed to get the job done in spite of the rainy weather.
