"What a great experience! About 10 minutes after I sent the original inquiry, they contacted me to set up a no-cost, on-site estimate/evaluation with someone who was on-call and available right away. He called 10 mins later to confirm and 30 mins after that, the doorbell rang! He showed up wearing a mask and had even stepped back to a safe social distance!! He was polite, personable, safe and respectful! Very impressive. He quickly evaluated the slow drain in the kitchen sink, gave an estimate that was thoroughly reasonable, and then got to work on it. He was noticeably careful bringing his tools and gear into & out of the house. (Much appreciated!) He worked quickly & efficiently, did a great job communicating what he was doing and in explaining & demonstrating that it was fixed! He even did a good (**not merely adequate**) job of cleaning up! "First company (Fast Plumbing) that was sent out by the insurance company was too tired to do the repair that day. Next day Fast Plumbing a no-show. I called them. The owner (Lee) said he did not want the job; to notify my insurance company. The insurance company called Roto-Rooter of Austin on this 3 day weekend. Their plumber arrived within several hours. He completed the job within 2 hours. He did not have to pull my toilets (as the other company's plumber had wanted to do). He simply passed his rooter line down the shower drain. He then walked around the outside of the house and found a main sewer clean-out site built into the wall and cleaned out again at this site. I was so grateful as I had been going to the toilet in my backyard. I am 70 yrs, with a cane and Medical Alert bracelet. I will always use Roto-Rooter if they continue to provide this excellent service. They have the man power & expensive equipment to do a job correctly. No I do not work for them!"

"Great service all around. 1. Called the office to discuss the issue. Made an appointment for a formal inspection and quote. 2. Two guys showed up as scheduled and inspected the sewer with a camera. 3. We discussed the options and they worked up the proposal. 4. I only got one quote as I have had it looked at a couple times previously over the years and I felt comfortable with the cost as well as the folks I interacted with. 5. The following day I called to let them know it was a go and scheduled the work. 6. There was a team of 6 guys that arrived the day of the sewer line replacement, they were all personable and worked well with each other. They put in a hard days work and got it all done and cleaned up on the same day. From making the call to the completed work was 4 days. Very satisfied with the entire process.
