Scheduled time was 10am, but they arrived at 3pm with no contact. Job was fairly straightforward but the plumber was clearly slow-rolling it and took about double the time it should have. Plumber damaged the outdoor counter and intentionally tried to hide it, so I didn't discover it until after they left.

Dishonest - non-communicative - bullies. I would rather have my house flooded than have "Allstate Plumbing" come over. We had an issue with a leaking sink and garbage disposal. The estimated cost we got in writing was going to "take no longer than 1-1.5 hours". There have been other posts about the bait and switch tactic they use, but we had used them before (for the same job) so we decided to choose them again. Now we are being billed $770 for a garbage disposal replacement, this is 3-3.5 hours (over 2x what we were quoted). Any attempts made to talk about the excess charges vs the initial estimate are met with "jobs take longer if you don't pay within 1-week, we will file a lien against your home". So not only are they dishonest, but now they are bullying me instead of explaining the situation. Please whatever you do for plumbing services, do not go with "Allstate Plumbing".

Done quickly and thoroughly. Happy with the work. He filled in the rest of the hour with fixes to toilet lever and flapper .

1st time using this company excellent experience. The woman setting up the appointment was very friendly. Office staff Carl was very helpful. Plumber Marco did an excellent job installing a 3 valves shut off system and installed my water softener. I would definitely use this company again.

Every person we dealt with at this company were wonderful! They all were very professional and took good care of us. We would highly recommend them to everyone!! If you want the job done right and at a fair price you cant go wrong with Allstate plumbing.

Kirk did a good job quickly assessing the problem and making the repair. Whereas other plumbing companies may have insisted the whole line needed to be replaced which would have resulted in massive demolition, Kirk was able to isolate the issue and make it a surgical operation. Thank you!

I called several plumbers and got quotes in a similar price range. Allstate Plumbing said they knew exactly what the task would entail and quoted $500-$750. The technician was fantastic, communicative, and performed the job extremely well. But at the end we were charged $1000, which is frustrating because no additional difficulties came up. I doubt we will use them again. Although they did great work, I feel misled by the price quote, and would have probably gone with a different plumber, since all the original quotes I received were well under the $1000 I ended up paying.

Man, these guys came out way sooner than they said they would and got done quickly. Admittedly, it was an easy fix for them, but they were very professional and fast. Definitely would recommend these guys.

I've used Allstate plumbing on several occasions and I am always happy with their work, price and professionalism. For this particular service call, I called to get them to fix two clogged sink drains connected to my AC drain line. I initially called another plumbing company (through my home warranty) to address the issue. That other company told me that the sinks were plumbed incorrectly and that they would have to cut a hole in the drywall to access the pipes. They wanted to charge me $750 just to cut into the drywall to access the pipes. It turned out that the other company simply didn't have the correct tools to do the job. Allstate came in, used an auger with a weight on the end (to drop the line into the T pipe) and quickly cleared the clog. In the future I'm going to skip calling any home warranty plumbers and just give Allstate a call.

They were fast and out to my house with in a day. Other's were booked up and had no time for me but not All State. They made it work. I had such a good experience with the gentleman that came to my house to address multiple plumbing issues. He was knowledgeable, made me feel smart about the process and knocked things out pretty quickly. I would definitely recommend All state to anyone in need of plumbing work.

Not a complex job by any means... very routine service call this time. Still, my experience was good enough to warrant some love on Angies List. When I pay $140 for the first hour of a service call, I expect at least some efficiency but don't usually get it from service companies by and large. BJ, however, was very professional, very efficient with his (and my) time and paid attention to detail. He didn't mind me asking questions along the way. I trust his competence and appreciate his hustle. Will call Allstate again.

Arrived on time and discovered that both hot water heaters needed replacement. Called and located the replacements and installed them quickly. I was very pleased with their professionalism and their prices.

I received a call back the next business day after leaving a message, & was assured they could take care of this for me. The service tech came the next day, was on time, and took care of replacing the insides of the faucet in a short amount of time. No more constant dripping!

I have called AllState several times over the years and they have always done a good job for me. This time there was a slight hiccup in getting the estimate and scheduling, but it was understandable and all it took was a friendly reminder that I was waiting. The gentlemen doing the work called beforehand and arrived as expected. They confirmed with me what I wanted done and asked if I had any other questions. They answered all my questions throughout the process and did a great job.
