"David Lennox was our sales guy. From our first interaction with him we have nothing but good things to say. In fact, several of our friends have so impressed with the work that was done, they are going to look into getting their bathroom done. Thanks again David. "Julian Rangel and team are experts at what they do. I have rental properties and my primary residence and have used them now 5 times for roots in my pipes, broken lines that needed a camera, drain cleanouts, and soft water system installs. "We are the 2nd owners of residence and did not know where septic tank was. He quickly located it and had the two cement caps off quickly. Checked for any damage as tank installed in 1990. Pumped out the septic did inspection and after cleaning septic , neatly covered the area after we marked it. He then doubled checked to see if we had a second tank on property . Courteous professional and answered all my questions completely. Would recommend him over the big pricey companies that did not want to even come out if I did not know where my tank was That one bad review is strange as I am a woman and the company is insured for damages Nothing but fantastic service 5 stars

Plumbing questions, answered by experts

You can pour bleach down the toilet as long as you dilute it since undiluted bleach can damage your toilet bowl. If you choose to use bleach to remove stains from your toilet, mix every cup of bleach with a gallon of water. You should also follow safety precautions when using bleach, like working in a well-ventilated area, wearing gloves, and never mixing it with any other cleaner.

It is best practice to hire a plumber to install a bathroom sink and vanity. Even simple installations require basic plumbing work, such as connecting water supply lines and attaching the sink to the drainage system. While an experienced DIYer might manage a straightforward setup, any complex work, like modifying existing plumbing or installing new lines, should always be left to a licensed plumber to avoid the risk of expensive water damage. In most cases, a plumber will handle the installation, provided it is a straightforward job that does not require custom carpentry. It's important to outline your expectations with the plumber beforehand to confirm they can handle the full project.

The most common reasons a toilet won’t stop running are a faulty flapper or fill valve, improper fill height, or incorrect chain length. Luckily, all these issues are relatively easy to fix with parts you can find at a local hardware store. You can also call a plumber or toilet repair professional to solve the problem.

Copper pipes are the safest type of pipe for carrying drinking water because they won't leach chemicals into your drinking water. However, for the best water quality, you should use copper pipes with lead-free joint material. The next best options for carrying drinking water are CPVC and PEX pipes.

If you use copper pipes for drinking water, you should check your water’s pH level. If it has a pH value lower than seven, you'll need to balance your water acidity with a purifier to avoid corrosion that could affect your drinking water quality.

Bleach is generally not recommended for your shower drains. Although diluted bleach can technically help clean your drain, it will not unclog your pipes. In fact, bleach can harm your plumbing system because it’s so powerful. The bleach can change the color of your sink and even corrode metal pipes and fittings.

Often, people reach for bleach because it's already in their house. But it's worth getting a plunger or a drain snake for the job instead. It'll be a lot less money to buy a new plunger than to pay a plumber to repair or replace damaged pipes.
