Shortly after finishing the online chat, I received a call from their office to schedule the service. They were very accommodating of my schedule. I needed the drains looked at in our upstairs bathroom but also asked them to take a look at the other bathroom, kitchen sink and backyard as I was noticing some stagnant water there.
