The technician arrived right on time, quickly identified the clogged drain as the issue, and had it fixed within an hour. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and took the time to explain what had caused the problem and how I could prevent it in the future. The price was reasonable, and the dishwasher is now working like new. The name says it all to begin with. Straight to the point when it came to fixing my refrigerator. The technician was extremely professional, sincere, and most importantly knowledgeable. He was able to put it into words for me to understand the issue firsthand. Working with this company was nothing but a pleasure. The technician was easy to communicate with both before and during the scheduled repair. He took the time to listen to and resolve all of our questions and concerns. He even took the time to follow up with me to make sure i didnt have any issues several days later. The repair seemed very difficult from our perspective but we could tell it was done correctly and thoroughly by someone with indepth knowledge of the product. The technician was also very respectful of our home in both dameanor and cleanliness.
