We have him a memory stick and he gave us a copy of the video of the inside of all the plumbing done. I also got emails for the invoices and receipts right away. I would definitely hire them again. They were a priced a little bit more than other quotes (but not ridiculous like the big plumbing guys in town!) but they were worth it.
