Joseph came through within an hour of my initial call, diagnosed the issue, gave me a really good quote and got to snaking the line. He started through the outside, then inside shower drain and then got onto the roof to snake the vent pipe. He was able to take out some items but it didn’t clear the clog until he pulled out a drain bladder… clog disappeared within 2 minutes of him using it. Amazing service and will be recommending Joseph to any family and friends in the future! Saved me thousands, we were close to thinking it was a busted pipe but he fixed the issue quickly and his critical thinking saved the day!"

We woke up on a Saturday to a bathroom sink full of water and overflowing onto our floor. Turning off the water did nothing. Matthew from JD Precision came out that afternoon and immediately knew that it was due to our A/C condensation not properly draining. He drained the water, cleaned the drain pipes, and gave us tips on how to prevent it happening in the future. He then looked at a couple of other issues for us that we had been planning to get a contractor out for. We had told him that our septic sprinklers had been going off a ridiculous number of times a day but that our maintenance company had told us everything looked fine. It took him less than one minute to find a hose that was not properly attached to the aerator pump. He obviously had no obligation to go out of his way to go look at our septic system - the fact that he did was just so kind. He then sent someone else out to take a look at what appeared to be water damage on our ceiling to be sure we didn't have a leak somewhere. That gentleman (who was also extremely polite and knowledgeable) took one look and said we are totally fine. Again, completely honest. We have some toilets to replace and a few other plumbing issues to address, and I will absolutely be hiring JD Precision again. I absolutely recommend them!!"
