"January 3rd, Attempted to chat online first with a representative. They were very responsive and able to answer my questions. Shortly after finishing the online chat, I received a call from their office to schedule the service. They were very accommodating of my schedule. The technicians arrived on time, were pleasant and knowledgeable, wore those plastic covers on their shoes. I needed the drains looked at in our upstairs bathroom but also asked them to take a look at the other bathroom, kitchen sink and backyard as I was noticing some stagnant water there. The Technicians were honest and up front - they diligently took care of the problem upstairs, told me everything else looked good elsewhere, showed me where grass had grown over the drainage from the back yard to the front, checked my water heater as a precaution. They were fair in their pricing and even offer a 5-year preventative maintenance plan that is extremely economical. "Tim was very responsive, courteous, and effective. They did the job quickly. Had permits and inspection done fast. Cleaned up everything and made sure we were happy with it all before he left. We have him a memory stick and he gave us a copy of the video of the inside of all the plumbing done. I also got emails for the invoices and receipts right away. I would definitely hire them again. They were a priced a little bit more than other quotes (but not ridiculous like the big plumbing guys in town!) but they were worth it. I hired them because I felt more confident that they could do the job the best and it was worth a little extra money. They gave us a 10 year warranty. Would hire them again for sure."
