Best window pros near Klein, TX

"Mike was professional in his original sales meeting with me. Not pushy at all - just explained the product and how his installation team worked. Very happy with the price and I love my new windows- all installed perfectly in one day!"

"I had a couple questions about some trim on the inside part of some of the windows and the owner himself came out to make sure everything was done right and that I was happy with the install and new windows."

"Mike and Marcus are the owners and are very knowledgeable about the products they install. The quote process and back & forth questions we had have been answered efficiently and accurately. I will submit another review after the windows are installed."

"This is the best window company EVER! Because of supply chain issues beyond the ownerâ s control, we had to wait from June to the end of November to get our new windows, but the wait was so worth it! The crew did an amazing job of installing the windows, and they cleaned up afterwards perfectly! They truly went the extra mile to do an outstanding job. This is the only window company I would even consider hiring."

"A big thank you to John and Jared of US Windows for saving the day on our window project! We were taken advantage of by a previous window company, Texas Pride Windows and Doors / Brian Young, who stole our deposit and ghosted us. Jared and John reached out to us after seeing our story on the Channel 2 news in Houston. They helped us replace 27 windows and 3 doors with very high quality Pella and Thermatru products. They contracted an AWESOME install team lead by Reginaldo and about 12 other installers. ALL were very friendly and professional and stayed until the job was done. They draped the entire work area and cleaned up EVERYTHING. Excellent attention to detail. I would recommend John, Jared and US Windows for any window replacement job! Thanks Guys!!"

"Everyone at ARC Glass was very professional and courteous, especially the lady who took our order over the phone. They were prompt and got things done as soon as possible. We had to replace a broken window. They came to measure, then a few days later with a new piece of glass. Unfortunately, the glass was 5/8 of an inch too small on one side, so somebody messed up somewhere. But they were very apologetic, installed that glass and taped the gap, and immediately re-ordered the glass. They were back with it a couple of days later, and this time it fit, and they did a good job replacing it. They cleaned it thoroughly, which was nice. We felt they gave us a very fair price. Apart from the one mistake, our experience with them was positive in every way, and we would definitely use them again and recommend them."

"I couldnâ t give a 5 star on the question of value received for money spent. Iâ ve never had a need for a glass professional so I had nothing to compare it to. The final product was perfect so I was happy to pay the invoice."

"Doug Connor was nice and very professional. Will be getting new window screens and window exterior washing."

"I had a broken front window (window would not stay up) and based on an email from Angi, I called Chief Glass Services of Houston and made an appointment for someone to come out and look at my window. Russell came and he was great. I thought that I needed a brand new window but no, per Russell, the window just needed to be repaired. He didn't have the parts with him and said that he would order the parts and come back and he did. He repaired my window and it is working well. He is also going to come back and work on my glass shower door. I highly recommend Chief Glass Services of Houston for any glass work that you need to have done!"

"Window World was professional in all aspects of the project. Customer service answered all questions to my satisfaction. Notifications were timely. Windows look great and warranty was important factor in choosing WW."
